All of the ownership, possession, easement right of the transferred property of the transfer maker to total sixteen ana to the deed receiver has been imposed/ handed over. The saf kabla deed in the mentioned price total taka in the present meeting before the witnesses as received and got understood in one time having been possession exclusively the possession o the schedule property of sixteen ana releasing to you the deed receiver I am the deed provider from my successors left the possession and ownership forever.
You the deed provider in the schedule mentioned property in reference of purchase, our all of the possession, ownership as having been existed and having there in local union (land) office in the place of my name ruling your name and depositing government taxes as receiving check submission, donation, selling, exchange, rehan, mortgage, will, attorney general, heba declaration, advance payment deed, etc having been to operate all types of transfer and replacement and there to have construct home, building etc having been the power of operation of all types of transfer and replacement you the deed receiver as your son grandsons successors however wanted to have possession and ownership to have been resided there. There I am the deed provider or any of my successors will not have any types of excuse, claims or demands. The transferred bellow schedule mentioned property as having been fresh, liability free, no problems, and as having been in fresh condition to the deed receiver in the core of the saf kabla deed have been sold by the saf kabla. If any type of illegality is expressed then will have punished in highest penalty and will be obliged to compensate in market price in consideration. If in future the description, core of the deed or schedule, dag, khtatian, mouza, measurement, surrounding etc any types of error is seen, then the saf kabla deed will not be counted as cancelled or the sale activity will not be outdated as well.
