Subject: Regarding to increase the
duration of temporary acknowledgement.
This is informing as per
instruction on that, secondary and higher secondary education board, Dhaka
based on the terms and conditions in written bellow branches and subjects in
Dhaka city Mayakanon, Bashaboo situated there “Kamalapur School and College” of
its temporary acknowledgement duration for 03 (three) years dated from
01/07/2016 AD to 30/06/2019 AD has been increased.

The number of students in the department of
science has to be increased to the expected level.
2.
Results of the Higher Secondary examination have
to be increased always.
3.
Final approval of Finance Banking and Insurance
subject has to be taken soon.
4.
Government regulation has to be followed in case
of appointment of teacher.
5.
There will not be able to withdraw without pre approval
of deposited fund of 1,00,000/- (One Lakhs) taka preserved in college.
6.
There has to be keeping deposited always at
least 50,000/- (Fifty thousands) taka in general fund for bearing daily
expenditure of the college.

7. Accounts
of cash book have to be preserved and bank account has to have as per
instruction of account keeping system of non- government education institute of
the office of inspection and account audit which is approved no- Sha:
4/10M50/83/560(15000)-education , on dated 10th June, 1984 AD by the
Education Ministry.
8. There
has to be sent to the board for approval of name list of the members of
governing body within the appropriate time creating regular governing body for
the college as per regulation.
9. Updated
audit report has to be sent to the board and audit has to be done by the
registered auditor of deposit expenditure statistics of the college after every
financial year.
10. There
will be considered after receiving necessary fee and report as bellow regarding
increasing duration of temporary acknowledgement after the college:
(A) Report
related to fill up the terms and conditions as mentioned above
(B) Satisfactory inspection report related to
activity system of the college
(C) Deposit
receipt through golden service in favor of board secretary of taka 8,000/-
(Eight Thousands) as for increasing fee of temporary acknowledgement duration.
