Pacific Broadcasting Union ABU Robocom, 2007 to be
held at Hanoi from the dated
24-20 August, 2007.
Dear Sir,
It is herewith expressing after directed of the Govt.
approval for to visit at Hanoi, Vietnam from the next dated 24-29 August 2007
(without travel period) for to the purpose of participation of ABU Robocon, HANOI to the Producer
Salah Uddin of Bangladesh Television.
2. Terms and conditions of traveling are the followings:
a) He
is on duty during this travel and it will be treated as a Govt. Travel;
b)
He would be received of his salary and allowance with
the country currency. Any part of salary and allowance would not be received
with foreign currency.
c)
There is none of monetary adjourn with the said travel
of Bangladesh Television.
d) He
would be made registration of his name in the Bangladesh Television of there.
e)
He could not be stayed excess of the approved period.
f)
He would be submitted of his report within 5 days at
the end of travel to the Ministry of Information.
g)
After return of his travel from abroad, he would be
informed to relevant officers of his own organization about the earned
experience.
