Later as per the above mentioned Sale Deed and the said Mosammat Duli Nesa due to the reference of bought and being the owner and possession  and the Savar Upazila Assistant Commissioner Revenue (Land) Division and by it on the passed English dated 07/04/1978 and 1715(R:)P-1/77-78 No. Case Order and as per of it and after made mutation and partition and after paid of the rent/tax and taking the receipt and was enjoying and during this period and in the described plot in full property and from it ideal boundary included property when was made proposal under the Nilphamari district under Kotwali P.S. Station Road, at present under Dhaka District of Savar Upazila Jahangirnagar University, Medical center resident Fazlar Rahman Sarkar of his son Md. Nazrul Islam  to its favor on the passed dated 14/04/1984 and in the Savar Sub-Registrar registered 2765 No. one piece of sale deed and sold by it and after made directly understand of the sold land and was became the owner and possession less. Later the aforementioned sale deed and by it the said Md. Nazrul Islam and being the owner and possession holder due to the reference of bought  and by the Savar Upazila Assistant Commissioner Revenue (Land ) Division and on the passed English dated 07/05/1984  and by the case no. 2739(Ba:)P-1/83-84 and as per Order 169 No. Jote included and after

 made mutation and partition and collection of cheque rents and accepting of the receipt and was enjoying without any disturb and bought in full property and from it partly boundary included property was made proposal for to sale and I am to the favor of this deed grant ness on the passed English dated 09/03/1999 and in the Savar Sub-Registry Office Registered 3429 No. one piece of sale deed  and by it was made sale and the sold land directly made possession and I am this deed grant ness due to the reference of bought and being the possession holder Savar Upazila Assistant Commissioner Revenue (Land) Division and by it on the passed dated 07/10/1999 AD and 6741(B:)/P-1/1999 No. Case Order and as per of it 177 No. Jute included and made of mutation and partition and properly paid of rents and accepts of the rent receipt and without objection of others and in disturbance less and with the knowledge of the local peoples and in peacefully is enjoying.
