AMICABLE COMPROMISE

Ref. : Learnt Court C.R. Case No. 1490/07, Section 418/420/406/506 Bangladesh Penal Code.

The First Party: Nazrul Islam Sawapan son of Haji Abdul High, Address : Niloy Telecom, 39, Purana Paltan (3rd Floor), P.S. Paltan, Dhaka.

The Second Party: Ley Fook Fo Ross (45) Country Manager, Passport No. S-2689299), 34, Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Awal Center, 1st Floor, Banani Commercial Area, Dhaka.

We are both of the parties, within ourselves and by our own are making of an amicable compromise that the first party for sold of Mobile Phone about 13,26,200/- taka is a due payment to the second. For the said due payment taka, the first party in against of the second party, for the cause of mis-understanding and reference mentioned case was lodged. The first Party was received with understand of his money from the second party and in presence of the local respectable persons and the witnesses, there has been made an amicable compromise of the matter. Taking this matter, there is none of complains any of us to any one and will not be continued it in future. If any party were made any complain with the said matter and through this amicable compromise shall be treated as neglect.
