Affidavit

(Relating to Marriage)


We, (1) MOHAMMED ZAHIRUL ISLAM, S/o. Abdul Latif  Miah  of  Village – Chirka,, P. O. Nayahat, P. S. Faridgonj, Dist. Chandpur, aged - 29 years, Profession – Business, Religion – Islam, Nationality – Bangladeshi  and (2) AFROZ SULTANA, D/o. Mohammed Golam Kibria of 12/Umo/6, Road No. 2, Shaymoli, Dhaka, aged about 26 years, Religion – Islam, Profession – Student, Nationality – Bangladeshi, both jointly do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follow:

1.                                         That we the deponents both are adult in age and permanent residents of Bangladesh and we are able to take any decision lawfully about our personal life.

2.       That we the deponents are acquainted to each other and we love each other deeply by heart.
3.                                         That at present we understand that we can not live without each other and it will be meaningless. So, we have decided to marry each other to continue our relation permanently.


4.                                         Today we have married each other according to our own decision through this Affidavit.
 
5.                                         From today we will live as husband & wife peacefully. In this regard any body shall have no right to raise any objection, if raises any objection that will be null and void in all courts of law.
6.                                         The dower of our marriage has been fixed at Tk. 200,001/- (Two  Lac and one) only.

Whereas we have executed this Affidavit at own will and accord, so none has not kidnapped or carried off us.  
To this effect we have signed our own names in this Affidavit appearing before the Notary Public willingly in sound health without influence any other person after reading the above matters and understanding the meaning.
