In the changeful world, Man is changing their civilization continuously. Today, if we look to the other countries of the world, we may see that the developed countries have got their country in to highest development through changing their civilization

It has been possible because of their thinking of development and producing quality products. But, unbound problems are in the work-field to produce quality products. From the origin of creature, men have solved their problems alone or of together.

To relate with this civilization, the modern world has created Q.C. Circle to solve these cumulative problems and this is the first step of the development of any company. So today, Microelectronics has set up Q. C. Circle as to the adaptation to the world and AKOTA is a Q. C. Circle of paint section.

AKOTA Q. C. Circle of Microelectronics has dominated an important role to solve it's own problem quickly. The belief in heart of AKOTA Q. C. Circle today that it is necessary of quality man to produce quality products. Because it is impossible to produce quality products without quality man. So, our honorable, Chairman has arranged serial training for the officers and workers.

Yes, Chairman of the Micro has led a training for the every works and he stepped a broad program to manage it where we, each of us can take training serially. We have taken training before. The quality increases if we increase our workers but productivity does increase. But to develop the company, the sufficiency of productivity is necessary. Quality Circle leads a vast role to increase much productivity and made more quality men than that of other section.

So, today, AKOTA Quality Circle believes in working not depending on wards. Circle believes that diligence is the key to success. So all of us are working heart and soul to prosper. One thinking exits on every mind that saving of micro lives us. Besides, all of us are united in the every sector. No one leaves their work- field without finishing one's duty. None disobey the above-mentioned order. We are strong and united not only in the work- field but also in the mind.

So, today, AKOTA Circle wants the prosperity of company and wants to acquire goodwill over the world. The Circle is strongly determined to acquire this goodwill today.
