Ahammed Hossain & Mrs. Noor Jahan Begum of Village: Kandabarilla, P.O.- Dautpur, P.S.- Nababgonj, Dsit.- Dhaka, bearing Bangladeshi Passport No.- V 0753916.  At present: Tropicana Tower, 45, Topkhana Road, Type - C/2, (3rd Floor), Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh as my true and legal and lawful attorney abroad under the following terms and conditions.

01.     That the attorney will represent the firm abroad for procurement of demand of skilled, semi-skilled workers on behalf of the firm and will sign deeds, documents, agreements and other necessary papers lawfully and legally.

02.     That all the formalities regarding recruitment, processing of visas from the consulate and all other formalities will be done by firm management here.

03.     My Attorney cans not Transaction any money in Bangladesh. Contract period is 3 years, if his behavior and work will in good position his period of contract will be renewed. The contract will violet if he break the terms of contract and employee take the necessary lawful action. My representative for procuring gainful employment for the Bangladeshi National from the esteemed Employers from Malaysia.

And, I, hereby agree to ratify and confirm all whatever other acts, deeds and things done by my said attorney shall lawfully do, execute or perform or cause to be done or performed in connection with the said purpose by virtue of this power of attorney.
