Kindly take arrangement to make payment of Taka 1001172/- In word: (Ten lac one thousand one hundred taka only) Mr. Md. Shamsul Alam Mia, Divisional Accountant, by acquitting taka through General Receipt of ACG-17. (Noted in the phone under 500 No. clause initial account   

2.         This taka is to be send to this office by accepting the prevalent rules of remaining balance with interest upto 31/11/05 on the deposited money to the general provident found account No. II/18698-E of this above contributor.

3.         After payment this original letter is to be sent to this office in favour of expenses as voucher with receipt.

4.         Date of payment is to be informed to this office.

5.         It is to be remembered that the disbursing officer will be held repressible for the proper identification of the recipient Mr. Md. Shamsul Alam Mia Divisional Accountant, Divisional Engineer, Building Construction Division, Dhaka Office, Central Office, Telecommunication Bhaban, 31/E Eskaton Garden Road, Dhaka.

6.         The recipient is to be informed that if letter is submitted for payment of money then he will have to take it and after payment no interest will be given.

7.         If money is not paid on or before 3/7/2006 then this letter of grant is to be return to be office showing the cause of not paying the payment of money.

8.         The contributor is to be informed that if join the work at the end of the granted leave to preparatory retirement then he will have to return all money with interest immediately.

9.         The recipient is being informed accordingly.
