AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT
I, Md. Muzibur Rahman, son of Late Md. Anu Miah,
Presently residing at 113, Shantibag (3rd floor) Dhaka-1217,by
profession- Service, by faith- Muslim, by Nationality- Bangladeshi, do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
01. That I am a permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by
birth.
02. That Md. Mominur
Rahman, Passport No.X –0528811 is my son. Now he desires to study at London
College of Social Studies (LCSS), UK in the subject of B.Sc. in
Economics.
03. That I
am financially sound, solvent and giving assurance to meet all of his expenses
to be incurred in connection with his higher studies in the UK from my
following income sources :
A. I am
working as an Production Manager in Rose Sweaters Ltd. an export oriented
garments industries. I am drawing an allowance of Tk.40,000/- (Forty thousand) only equivalent to US $
380.00 approximately at rate of Tk. 69.00 per US dollar per month from here
excluding other facilities.
B. I am
the owner of a 5-storied building on 4.50 decimals out of 18 decimals in Dhaka, monthly income from which is approx. Tk.
60,000.00/-(Sixty thousand) only equivalent to US $ 870 approximately at rate
of Tk. 69.00 per US dollar.
04. That I
am the owner of the following properties :
A. I am the owner of a 5-storied building on
4.50 decimals out of 18 decimals as per deed No. 4270 & 7070/6999 situated
at 1111, Kadamtali, Merajnagar Road, Dhaka. present market value of which is
approx. Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One crore) only equivalent to US $ 1,45,000
approximately at rate of Tk. 69.00 per US dollar.
B. Total Area of homestead is 85¼ (Eighty five and a
fourth) decimals at P.S. Daudkandi, Dist. Comilla as per deed No. 5904/5879
& 9680/9661, out of which 21¼ (Twenty one and a fourth) total value
of said land is Tk. 21,25,000/- (Twenty one lac twenty five thousand ) only @
Tk. 1,00,000/- (One lac) only equivalent to US $ 30797 approximately at
rate of Tk. 69.00 per US dollar .

Bank Correspondence :
That I have been maintaining a Saving account No. 018575 with Sonali
Bank, Kaliakoir Branch, Gazipur where my last balance as on 07/10/2008 is Tk.
39,95,382.00/- (Thirty nine lac ninety five thousand three hundred eighty two )
only equivalent to US $ 57,904.00 approximately at rate of Tk. 69.00 per US
dollar.
That on completion of study in UK I undertake to bring my son back
to Bangladesh
at our own expenses & for any circumstances I shall not claim any
compensation to the Government of Bangladesh.
Verification
The statement made above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief and in truth whereof I swear and sign this affidavit of financial
support before the Notary public at Dhaka, Bangladesh on 08/10/2008.
