AFFIDAVIT FOR DIVORCE

I, MOHAMMAD KHORSHED ALAM, son of late Md. Sirajul Islam, vill. Nabiabad, P.O. Nabiabad, Upazila : Muradnagar, Dist. Comilla, age/date of birth 04-04-1964, Religion – Islam, Profession – Service, Nationality – Bangladeshi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that,

1.                  That I am a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident.

2.                  That I am the person of Affidavit is able to take decision about my  future and good and bad things.

3.                  That I do more declare through the Affidavit that I was got of my marriage with Fujia Akter, daughter of late Md. Abu Taher Sarker, vill. Nabinagar, Upazila : Nabinagar, Dist. Brahmanbaria, on the last dated 02-01-2003 following the Islamic Religious Rules and with arranged of function and fixing with a Dower value 2,99,999/- (Two lac ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine) only. As the above she is already of my wife.

4.                  That I do more declare through this Affidavit that after the marriage, my conjugal life was passing with an unbearable pain. Because my wife is a tempered person, dis-principle manner and a woman of a bad character. As she borns in a Muslim family, but her conduct behavior is completely anti-religious rules.

5.                  That she does not obey any of my order or advice providing as  husband to her. Even her conduct, behavior is unsociable, shameless and full with motivation. She is out of my control.

6.                  That I do more declare by this Affidavit that she does not follow any or my order, direction or advice. Besides, she becomes angry with any of or order, direction and advice and does call my name with bad languages. Even she does stroke me in physically. I was became unable to stay through her torture and was informed the matter to my family. But no result was came out by it.

That I do more declare in this Affidavit that I was tried for many times with discussion to my wife and with her father's family members for to solve of the problem,. But I was fully came to un- success with it.. Moreover, I was got harassment for many times and in many ways. My wife would openly threatened that, " If you do excessive with me, I will make you  and your parents after lodge of case about Woman and Child Case against you and will through you to the jail lock-up and I shall make you understand for the taste or marriage and the taste of conjugal life for ever".

7.                  That as there is conflicting of mind with my wife and his dis-manner conduct, full of motivation and full with shameless movement and conduct and aboveall of my out of control to her and due to such of causes, it comes with me for not to maintain a conjugal life with her any more. So I do take of such decision through this Affidavit that if I not to be released from the conjugal life with her, there may be happened an accident at any time.

8.                  That I do more declare that due to above mentioned matter and causes and after consider of my future safety and peace and through the learnt Lawyer, I was appeared to the Notary Public and I was took into my mind of Talak-e-Bain (Divorce) and I was gave it. From today  I was disconnected of my conjugal relation with my wife Fujia Akter, daughter of Md. Abu Taher for ever. And from today, she is not my wife and I am also not her husband. From today we shall move in freestyle as we do wish and will be continued the same. In it, any kind of demand objection from any body which will be neglected and invalidated by all of the court.

	Statements made above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. This statement has written according to my advice and I was read it and read by others and heard it and understood it and in self-willing, in full of sense, without influence of others and I was put of my signature on this Affidavit which on the dated Sd/- Md.
