This is to hereby given of the Succession Certificate that MD. LUTFAR SHEIKH, Vill. – Chator, P.O. Sachia, Upazila – Nazirpur, Dist. Pirojpur. He is a permanent resident of this Union and is personally known to me. His son Md. Sahidul Islam was died on the dated 30/5/2007 AD while he was working in Qatar. The dead body of the deceased person was accepted from Zia International Airport on the dated 15/6/2007 AD and was performed about the burial work in the family graveyard. He was married person at the period of his death. He was left behind of his following successors/heirs:

All of the successors/heirs of the deceased were appeared in front of me and were carried the dead body and were given the overall power to the father of the deceased person Md. Luthfar Sheikh for to take of the cheque of monetary help to do carry and burial work of the deceased person and there is no objection of the successors/heirs in it and such like of opinion has given in front of me. I hereby attested two copies of photograph of the authorization person and the signatures of the successors/heirs.

I wish goods for the family member of the deceased person.
