Brief description of complain: the
defendant of these suit Md Mohiuddin (Shahin) Father: Md Rafiqul Islam,
Village: Dadaghar, Police Stattion: Luksham, District: Cumilla. dated 10/ 4/
1999 at around 20: 15 informed in written that her sister Fazilatunnesa was the
examinee of HSC from Luksham

dated 6/ 4/ 1999 at around 23.00 in the night as the victim with Rabeya Khatun
went there for peeing beside the living room in northern side. Her younger
sister was waiting beside that with having Hurricane beside the bathroom. As
the victim stood up from the bathroom the mentioned defendants threw a pot of
acid having been in their hand over face of victim and burnt the face and eyes
seriously. The defendants identified as the Hurricane was on the hand of Rabeya
and the victim is now under treatment in Dhaka Medical
College Hospital
as asked he told as same as in
the complain therefore I have not thought to mention it again in voice record
here. I asked the witnesses and wrote there voice record under the section of
161.The defendant shows (1) the usable old hurricane having been written in English
Deluxe. (2) An old water pot of aluminum usable, (3) a pot of tin black color
polithin and on what there was acid and it was informed that by what the acid
has been thrown. (4) There is a stain of burnt acid in different spot in right,
left, back and before of yellow embroidary dress. (5) A blue color trouser on
the right nee there is stain of burnt acid. 4 and 5 number signs were in the
body of victim he informed. I discussed attached certificates of doctors with
this complain. It has been in discussion that
Fazilatunnesa the victim of this
mentioned case first to Police Station Health Complex to residential medical
officer Dr Q. M Moniruzzaman Shaheb as the injury was serious sent to in burn
unit of Cumilla Medical Hospital as her condition was serious she then took to
Dhaka Medical Hospital in burn unit for the better treatment as reached there
they quickly made admitted in burn unit for the treatment of acid burning.
Though an highly attempt made to arrest the defendants it was not possible to
arrest them yet. The petitioner and in favor of petitioner people it thought
that they fled to India
It has been requested to officer
in charge in airport immigration by the police super in Cumilla and paper has
been sent. To arrest the defendant of this case a campaign has been made health
complex of Shebika Anjuma Begum Government Quarter. But the defendant as fled
it was not possible to arrest him. A trank has been found in Anjumer Quarte and
before the witnesses a paper with picture of defendant Hossain Bangladesh
Madrasa Education Board Fazil Examination- 1998, Registration no- 8862,
education year- 1994/ 1995 of the Doulotgonj Alia Madrasa, Roll no- 37237 these
were issued in the name of defendant Muhammad Hossain. It before the presented
witnesses have taken in list and saved to me. We in the time of investigation
talked with witnesses and petitioner Md Abul Foyez
known Milon, Father: Aziz Ullah,
Village: Vatbaria, Police Station: Luksham, District: Cumilla shows doubt
having been involved with this case and during my investigation as he was
suspicious he has been got arrested and sent to the court. As in my
investigation it has been known that Md Mahbubul Haque Prokash, Father: Abdul
Haque, Village: Dadaghar, Police Station: Luksham, District: Cumilla there are
two battery and mike store in Lokkhonpur police station as the close relative
of defendant Muhammad Hossain. Azad brought acid for the work in battery and
acid found in his store Acid is an important materials and no one gives it to
others easily. As we heard the defendant got acid from this store before the witnesses
we investigated the store. We found the acid mixed 300 gm known as sulfuric
acid that has been taken and saved. During the search
the owner of the store was not
presented there. His employee (1) Muhammad Ibrahim, Father: Khorshed Alom and
2(2) Helal Uddin, Father: Abul Kalam Both Village: Banghar, Police Station:
Luksham, District: Cumilla found presented in the store the acid has taken and
saved to me. The taken acid when asked to them about that they were unable to
give satisfactory answer and talked broaken as there it becomes clear as
suspicious by arresting them having been sent to the court. The owner of the
store was not presented at that time therefore it was not possible to ask him.
I went to Dhaka Medical Hospital
Shows some burns. She is fighting
with death. The honorable police super visited the investigation of the case.
