The
Wakf deed is starting by remembering the name of merciful almighty Allah. As
for, the property is the possession under myself because of the death of my father
named Amzad Ali having recorded in root of S. A. O. R. S. and the value will be
in price 1,02,000 One Two Thousand) BDT, therefore having donated for mosque
named Porachala (Vannara) Bitul Jannat
and got became completely possession less.
Therefore,
, The Porachala (Vannara) Bitul Jannat Jame mosque will be run by mosque
committee and the mosque committee will be run having been appointed Motoalli
by the decision of committee. There is no any clams from me or from my
successors in that, if arises it will be disregarded and will not be accepted
by the jurisdiction. Therefore, I completed the deed with having no
solicitation by anyone as well as having understanding completely will self
acknowledge and having been good health.
