On the matter above by learning
from letter it has been informed that Electricity Department Controlled
Ashuganj Power Station Company Limited taken ‘Ashuganj 450 Mega Watt CCPP
(South) Project’ for the sake of implementation for a period of 13 years of 420
million USD for the convenient of commercial debt of the debt paying security
agent HSBC Corporate Trustee Company (UK) Ltd proposed and by the legislative
and parliament department voted Guarantee Agreement in finance department of 18th
September, 2007 dated Am/ OB/ Pro- 3/ Various- 22/ 05/ 870 no power of order
Additional secretary of finance department (Treasury and Debt Management) has
given signature. The guarantee contract by signature has been sent with that by
order to take necessary steps.
2. It has requested to
acknowledge received of guarantee contract.
3. The taken debt under this
guarantee contract as per particular time has been requested to pay regularly.
4. As soon as the total debt has
been paid, it has been requested by order the related information in date of 5
of every months making sure to the finance department.
