Subject:    Regarding extension of period of agreement of fuel oil supplier running in passenger vessel under control of Passenger Service Unit (PSU) at Dhaka terminal.

Ref: Letter of BIWTC No. 18.151.026.16.13.36(Ka).2013-312, Date: 16-09-2013 A.D.

            On the basis of above subject and referenced letter being expired period of oil supply present agreement of BIWTC with fuel oil supplying firm running in passenger vessel under control of Passenger Service Unit (PSU) at Dhaka terminal of BIWTC M/S. Burigonga Floating Pump Ltd. for extending next 02(two) years agreed by order.

02.       Mentionable that, regarding this subject running arrangement will have to be completed as per rule.

03.       For violating condition of agreement or not satisfactory proceeding BIWTC preserves right to cancel this agreement any time.

04.       This letter is issued by permit of proper authority.
