No-+8801711-588788, +8801756-825971, mentionable in its money receipt that, on
26/11/2012 which memo No SL-NO-ME/L/30/OI/LON exchanged BD Tk 36,42000 into
30,000 pound. The woman made entry the pounds in Bangladesh passport No
W0222876 of my relative Md. Ali Sumon, mentioned in money receipt which illegal
work according to government of the people’s republic of Bangladesh law. I
suspect whether the Loknath Money Receipt. I also suspect the woman Kohinur
Akter Lipi can harm my relative Md. Ali Sumon in bad purpose. It is very need
to justify true or false of the money receipt.
Therefore, you are
requested to include the above mentioned matter into your General Diary to take
necessary steps.

Sir,
I beg most respectfully state that, I Mohammad Ali Sumon, Father:
Late Mohammad Musa, Mother: Parvin AKter, 319, Harwich Road, Colchester, Exxex
CO-4, HR, UK. My wife Mrs. Kohinur AKter Lipi (Father: Haji Kabir Ahmed,
Mother: Hajera Begum, Village: 195/A, Kaptai, Natun Bazar, PS: Kaptai,
District: Rangamati) on 09-07-2014 gave divorce according to law and according
to 7 No rule of Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 (MFLO) for effecting Divorce
sent the divorce letter to you through registry post office (Acknowledge letter
No 500) on 17/07/2014. According to law divorce is effective after 90 days of
sending duly to local Union Parishad Chariman.
Mentionable, copy of divorce letter was sent to Mrs Kohinur Akter
Lipi, (Father: Haji Kabir Ahmed) and his father Haji Kabir Ahmed and 4 No Ward
Member Kaptai Union Parishad Mr. Jahid Member on 17/07/2014 through registered
post office (Along with receive acknowledgement which No 497, 498, 499).
Therefore, you are humbly requested taking necessary steps will
inform in written about effectiveness of divorce.
