affidavit declare that,
1.
Abu Taher is my son. He on
01 January 1980 AD was born. All of our family members are engaged with
politics of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Dal (BNP). Government party Awami men are
enemy of our family and they always search chance to harm us. My deceased
husband Abdul Haque was advisor of local (BNP). Son Abu Taher is leader of
Swechchhasebak Dal. Another son Faruque Hossain was Juba Dal leader. An another
son deceased Abul Hashem was (BNP) leader.

On 15 July 2006 Awami
League cadres during cutting and taking our planted paddy forcefully my husband
went to hinder, getting obstacle they hacked to death. My husband’s brother’s
wife also was killed as she hindered killer. We didn’t get any justice till
today of the double murder occurred in day light.
3.
On 02 February 2012 AD
Juwel group head Juwel, son of one of killers of my husband, through firing
left into death. Terrorist Juwel teased my daughter Sahida Akter during on the
way of school, my son Abul Hashem protested it, it was only fault of him. My
son didn’t get any justice. The defendants are in publicly.
4.
On 08 May 2012 AD on the
way of returning from cloth shop to home they attacking on my son Abu Taher
beaten severely, hacked and gave death threat. After the incident in my
direction my son Abu Taher for saving life in October of 2012 AD left
Bangladesh. After his departure from Bangladesh on 27 December 2013 AD Awami
League cadres abducting his school studying infant son Abu Bakar Siddique and
killing felt the dead body on the pond.
5.
Presently we leaving own
house keeping us in hidden are living in different places. I am staying in houses
of relatives and my daughter-in-law Shamima Yasmin along with two children are
in father’s house. My one son is in Dhaka, another son Abu Taher is living in
America. If he leaves the Bangladesh or being forced returns in home, will be
killed in the hand of Awami League cadres like other.
All
statements of this affidavit is pathetic grief of husband, son lost widow

Gopalpur Union of Begumganj Upazila in Noakhali. If this union’s Abu Taher, son
of late Abdul Haque and Halima Begum resident of Kotora Mohabbatpur village,
date of birth: 01/01/1980 AD is my relative. His aunty is Afia begum of cousin
sister. Afia Begum is a unfortunate woman. His husband died in less age. He was
without child. He had no any brother-sister. He would live with his
brother-in-lay (younger brother of husband).
2.
I know on 15/07/2006 AD
from agricultural land of Abdul Haque Awami League men during taking paddy
forcefully as he hindered, the cadres hacking him on the paddy land killed. At
that time my cousin sister Afia Begum as went forward for saving him,
miscreants also killed her. Although police arrested two killers from the spot
till today due to lobbying of Awami League cadres any justice of the double
murder has not been appeared. Basically Abdul Haque was local (BNP) leader and
all of him family are engaged deeply with BNP politics.
3.
Due to political violent
ruling party Awami League cadres in 2012 AD shot dead Abul Hashem, brother of
Abu Taher. I know in 2012 AD cares also killed infant of Abu Taher. At one
stage oppression, torture on him were continuing and getting continuous death
threat, leaving country got life.

My village’s late Abdul
Haque, father of Abu Taher was close person of me. He and his all family
members are engaged with Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Dal (BNP) since birth. For this
reason Awami League cadres became very enemy of them.
2.
Besides my agricultural
land there was land of Abdul Haque. He cultivating paddy on the land would
become very profitable. On 15/07/2006 AD I was cutting ripe paddy on my land,
suddenly saw, some gangsters of Awami League with Ramda, Boti and stick entering
land Abdul Haque started to cut his ripe paddy. Being informed Abdul Haque
coming at the spot as asked the reason of cutting paddy, not replying this
cadres without instigation were hacking him. He fell down on land. Till death
they were hacking him. At that time his brother’s widow as came forward to save
him, cadres hacking her left into death. I although witnessed the incident in
own eyes, didn’t get courage to hinder the killers. Then I along with other
villagers taking Abdul Haque and Afia begum to the Begumgonj Government
Hospital on duty doctor declare them dead.
3.
I know that a case was
filed in this incident. Which is under trial. Two killers although became
arrested from spot but now free on bail. I despite being eye witness of the
double murder police not making me witness rather making witness of Awami
League man gave charge sheet. It can realize that, the justice of this killing
will not be.

1. I am
daughter of Late Abdul Haque and Halima Begum, resident of Kotora Mohabbatpur
village, Gopalpur Union, Begumgonj Upazila, Noakhali. My brother Abu Taher, date
of birth 01/01/1980 AD aiming to save life of Awami League cadres is in United
Nation. Awami League cadres killed my father, my brother Abul Hashem and son of
my brother Abu Taher. Violated me and persecuted my brother Abu Taher
physically. My whole family being helpess in death fear staying in different
places in hidden became forced to lead pathetic life. All kind of persecutions
they have carried out on us. There is no any fault of us but we are supporter
of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Dal (BNP) and worker and leader of the organization.
2. My
deceased father was advisor of Gopalpur Union (BNP). On 15/07/2006 AD
protesting cutting paddy of our land forcefully Awami League cadres killed him
and my anty Afia Begum brutally. We didn’t get any justice of father killing so
far.
3. My
brother Abul Hashem was general secretary of our Ward (BNP). Awami League Jwel
group s shot dead him. This Jwel and his companion of misdeed would tease me on
way of coming and going to school and give indecent propose. My brother Abul
Hashem being informed about the matter as told Jwel to be refrained from these
deeds, he killed him on 02/02/2012 AD. We didn’t get justice of this incident.
4. My
brother Abu Taher was publicity secretary of Bangladesh Swechcchasebal Dal,
affiliate organization of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Dal (BNP), 02 No Gopalpur
Union Unit. He was physically persecuted brutally on 08/05/2012 AD by Awami
League cadres. Awami League cadres in October, 2-12 AD after his departure from
country not getting him on angry abducting his infant Abu Bakar Siddique on
27/12/2013 AD killed him. There is anyone to save us in Bangladesh. There is no
a piece of land for us to lead life safely. Although my brother Abu Taher is
living in far America, but comfort is that he got life. Because he has no any
chance to avoid death.

killed my sister’s husband, aunty, brother and son.

sister’s husband on 08/05/2012 AD on the way of home from his cloth shop
situated at Gopalpur Bazar at night Awami League cadres Jwel and his associates
attacking on him beaten severely and hacked in two places of his left leg and
blood came out. At that time Abu Taher rapidly jumping passing road on waiting
Taxicab called me. I instantly going to the spot on the Taxicab took him to the
local Prime Hospital. He was treated at Emergency Department. On his injured
spot doctors giving five sewing made bandage. Doctors sought to admit him at
hospital but
