Remembering the sacred names of
almighty Allah, I started writing the Vehicle Sale Agreement. I am deed giver, bellow
mentioned car No Dhaka Metro Ga 21-4293 Engine No 7K-0756895 Cesis No KR42 –
8459357, Model: 2006 Horsepower/CC 1800, Vehicle Class: Micro, Seat Number 9
(including Driver), being owner of the car by purchase, in necessity of cash
Taka, offered to sell the car, you deed receiver expressed interest to buy the
car after scrutinizing upmost market price, your proposed price at 8,00,000
Taka (In words: Eight Lakh taka) considering highest price and getting the
money in cash before present Majlis and bellow mentioned witnesses singed own
name.
It is revealed that, the car
was not being held by any case or mortgage etc. in my view during having it in
my possession. In future, such kind problems are appeared, I, deed provider, will
be bound to resolve these problems fairly in my own responsibility and own costs.
After selling the car, if any
problem is appeared regarding Tax Tocken/Fitness, Vehicle seller will resolve
it in own costs.
Mentionable that, prior to the
date 30/06/2016, if there is appeared any problems regarding car
documents/case, deed provider/seller will be bound to resolve the problems.
And it is also mentionable
that, in the case of changing ownership, if there is appeared any disparities of
signature with BRTA documents, deed provider will be obliged to resolve being
attended at BRTA physically. After 30/06/2016, all kinds of responsibilities of
the car will be applied on deed receiver.
This is to inform that
voluntarily, consciously and without being instigated by another, signed my
name before present Majlis and in front of the bellow mentioned witnesses.
Payable documents regarding
sale: Bubuk for keeping in house/Bubuk for keeping on car/Tax Tocken/Fitness
Certificate/Insurance Certificate/Sale Receipt, TTO, Stamp and Boar Resolution and
letter to BRTA in the case of company.
