1.      Introduction: The historical religious education institute of South- east Asia “Dhumsadda Rashidia Islamia Madrasha, Feni Bangladesh” is a name a revolution. This is the center of Islamic culture. The forever light room of the ideology of Salfe Salhin. The path shower of the ideology of Ahle Sunnat Oal Jamat is the headquarters of Quran Sunnah. Keeping the strongness of Islamic share in religion in the era of dark conflict age, preaching the fresh belief and reforming the Islamic education culture and in the role of survailance for 54 years in education providing is coming up to serve the management of Muslim ummah. The institute has founded based on the foundation of this institute as the first primary education institute in the area in consultant with some of the right scholars of islam and the signs of Allah of Mozahide Millat Mohiussunnah Hazrat Moulanan Shah Abdur Razzaj Rah. (Fazile Darul Ulom Deoband) interfering the dark un culture of all Shirk and Bidyat of the area of 1965 AD as per Hizri 1385. Subsequently it has progressed to the graduation slowly. Then his qualified son Pire Kamel Hazrat Moulana Shah Abdul Awal Shaheb Da. Ba. of his period the institute has developed in multiple ways. At present the institute has converted as the center of Islamic knowledge of the Bengal. Students from across the countries are coming here to get the knowledge of Islam. And they are serving thegreat Quran and Sunnah in countries as drinking the knowledges and strategies of Islam.

Name: Dhumsadda Rashidia Islamia Madrasha, feni Sadar, feni.
Location: 2 kilometer south side located from Pachgasia Bazar in the west half kilometer west from Feni Mohipal.
Founding Year: 1965 AD, 1385 Hizri, 1372 Bengali.
Establishment of Foundation: Spritual person (in that time) of Patia Madrasha and principle Hazrat Moulana Hazi Yousuf Rah. and principle of Shorshodi Madrasha Moulana Nazir Ahmed Shahid Rah.
Naming: The Madrasha is named in the name of Fakun nafs Imame Rabbani Hazrat Moulana Rashid Ahmed Gangguli Rah. named Dhumsadda Rashidia Islamia Madrasha.
Founder: Muzahide Millat Muhiussunnah Shcolar Shah Abdur Razzak Rah.

Ideology: The Madrasha of Rashidia is the follower of Lslam as religion. In perspective of groups it is the follower of Ahle Sunnat Oal Jamat. It is the follower of Hanafi Mazhab in types of Mazhab. In the question of spritual views in sequence of Chishtia but as is said the accumulated types of as sequences. In the perspective of taught is the follower of Shah Oaliullah Rah. In perspective of ideology principle Kasem Nanutubi Rah and related subjects and in case of masala rules is the follower of Rashid Ahmed Ganguhi or in relation as the follower of Deobandi.
3.      Purposes and objectives: Beside teaching students teh complete Quran Sunnah making them educated in the education of work and moral education.
·        Spreading massive preach of taught and knowledge of Islam among mass people.
·        Following activities of matching with the age in examination of the demand of the society.
·        Spreading everywhere the signs of behavior and work as like khairul rukun.
·        Following the sunnah of prophet completely.
·        Establishing good relation with great Allah.
·        Making the environment of self obsessed education.
4.      Administrational Departments: There are some departments for the operation of activity correctly of administrational activity of Madrashae Rashidia. Departments re as follows: 1. Operation department, 2. Education department, 3. residence for departments, 4. finance and account department, 5. Hostel department, 6. preach and publication department, 7. Mosque operation department, 8. Construction and Oawkd department, 9. Gas, water and electricity department, 10. land- property department.
5.      Education project: There are 5 departments in the project.
1.      Moktab Department: There are taught in this department every morning with the qualified Kari Shaheb who is in duty of young sons and daughters studied in the school correctly of holy Quran and emergency rules including taught prayer.
2.      Nurani department: There are taught Bengali, Math, English up to class three with making memorized emergency rules and emergency hadith and reciting the holy Quran correctly in only three years through trained qualified teachers in this department and those are students are unable to study first class. Keeping the management for those up to child class.

3.      Hifz Department: There are memorized whole Quran correctly in four years not more than of those students trained in nurani in this department.
4.      Kitab Department: The madrasha has the chief department in complete with Islamic education mixed. There has made complete skilled in religion subjects the subjects appropriate with the time in the nurani departemnt or hifz education accomplisher students of Islamic education in class sysytems in only 10 years Fazilat meaning Jamate Ula or Fazil (Degree class) Tawhid Quran, Hadith, Fikah, Tafsir, Tazbid and Kerat, behavior, manner, grammar, logic, balagat, strategy, falsafa, urdu, farsi, Bengali, and English language, math, history, geography and social science, moral character science, sirat, succession law etc including time appropriate subjects.
5.      Mutafarrika Department: There are thought in kitab department of three classes in 1 year only fo the hard work talented aged students or 7th/ 8th class passed student of general education or hifzul quran in this department. As a result students passed the department is become possible to accomplish daorae hadith in 10 years only.
6.      Special departments:
1.      Recitation of Quranul Karim: Recitation of quran correctly and tazbid is farze ain. So in consideration of its importance the madrasha authority every day after fazar has kept the management of recitation of Quran.
2.      Training of manner of prophet: Allah Ta’la has created the human for only the worship of Allah. And following the ways of prophet Sw is through obeying worships. Manner or system is told of the system of obeying the religion following it and brought by prophet Sw. Most of the people of the Islamic religion even even scholars as not knowing the sunnah or system telling sunnah as bidyah and bidyah as sunnah and working accordingly achieved punishment instead of rewards. Keeping those in consideration there has the management of special training fo the prophet of sunnah after fazar everyday by the madrasha authority.
3.      Law Department: As the institute is a traditional institute and with the same time there are some of the experts Islamic scholars in the institute. So there has provided in written or oral as per Quran sunnah of correct solution of the different questions in daily life of Muslim in this area.

4.      Succession Department: In this department there is discussed the outline of divide correctly as per regulation of Shariah within th successors the disposable removable non removable properties of the dead person.
5.      Library: In this department there is provided books for one year in frer of cost every year to the students.
6.      Mubahasa and Munazara: There has been managed tarkabi mubahasa and grammar regarding the verses of quranul karim in different times for achieving the innovation of knowledge among the students and there is hold debate programs based on the different subjects for coping up the falsehood in the field level.
7.      Reading room: a reading room is established named “Allama Shaekh Abdur Razzak Rah. Pathagar” naming in the name of founder of the madrasha for achieving multiple ways of students beside the syllabus education.
8.      Speech meeting: There is managed the training programs from the johor prayer after the Thursday every week by the mentioned library for the purpose of evolved speech power fro achieving qualification massively to spread the invitation of religion among all of the people after achieving the knowledge of the holy Quran and hadith.
9.      Publication of wall paper: Nowadays the falsehood power is hitting against the Islam through the pen. So Allama Shah Abdur Razzak Rah in initiative of the library to make to evolved talented students qualified writers in different subjects in the name of “Ar Razzak” a wall writting paper is published.
7.      Features:
1.      Meeting of correction: The teachers of the madrasha have found a guardian, who is Muhaddis Abdul Kayum Rah. (former shaikhul hadith, Hathazari madrasha), Mohiussunnah Shah Abrarul Haque Rah. (Hardue India), Arfe Billah Shah Hakim Akhtar Rah. (Karachi Pakisthan) and Shaikhul Islam Allama Shah Ahmed Shafi Da. Ba. the age greatest pious people who found the touch of religion one nearest Allah pious man, the symbol of raving fan of the prophet and sunnate rasul, teacher creation the greatest technical Alhaz Hazrat Moulana Shah Abdul Awal Da. Ba, who is every Tuesday after the prayer of Esha in the madrasha with all of the teachers has presented good speech in different subjects and malfuzat of religion with pious people.

2.      Training meeting: Most of the teachers of the institute as the discipline routinely of the madrasha in regular every Monday in the Jame mosque of the madrasha keeping the focus to training the training meeting are hold.
3.      Al time supervision of the teachers with the teaching of the kitab with in mind the responsility of duty to the training of every student teachers keep their eys focused. Meaning 24 hours of activities of all, eating, education, getting up from the bed, raising- sitting, dresses, hair, nail, ablution, prayer, azan, Ikamat and ihtimam of tahazzud etc as per sunnah whether or not the teachers supervise.
4.      Discipline of takrar: All students as can get education in class and can memorize therefore one class is kept under one class one teacher. Mentioned class under those teachers memorizes teaching got in class. Daily hand writing is written etc.
5.      Feature of Thursday and Friday: The students those who has to go to home, they can take leave through application. Rest of the students the teaching of the last week according to the routine under the supervision of the teachers is to read.
6.      Training course: There has to manage well constructing skilled student through special training by the qualified and experience teacher on the subjects every year from 1st Ramajan to 20th Ramajan teh madrasha and other madrasha students of grammar, saraf, arabic, arabic literature, Bengali literature and recitation etc.
7.      All time electricity management: There has been kept the management of keeping electricity in two lines by the madrasha authority for not disturbing in any way the education of the students so if one line if there has no any other line has the electricity. In addition the whole madrasha is kept under the electricity under the IPS. Therefore students and teachers have not been suffered any way the lack of electricity.
8.      Opeartion management: All of the activities of the madrasha are managed in support of the teachers of the principle based on the direct consultant and support of the 3 committees. The committees are-
1.      Advisor committee meaning majlishe shura: The number of members is 7 people, those are the well wishers of the madrasha and specialist Islamic scholars.

2.      Executive Committee: The number of members is 9 people. Those who resolve the sudden problems and implements the decisions of majlishe shura.
3.      Education Affair Committee: The number of members will be 6 people. Those students are worked to develop the training and provide education correctly to the students.
9.      Finance Management: There is to be clear that, the madrasha is a non government education institute. There has no any support receive which is fixed from the government and in other ways there is no source of income. The institute is operated in support of mass people of religious Muslim from the country and abroad only. There is mentioned there are two funds only-
1.      Donation fund: The source of income is the donation from the mass people and sadkae nafela. The money of this fund is spent in different development sectors of th madrasha including building construction, buying land, salaries of the teachers inclusive.
2.      Sadka fund: The source of the income is- zakat, fitra, kaffara etc. There is provided from the funds cloths, books to the poor helpless students. There is managed maintenance and treatment.
10.   Future project of the madrasha:
1.      Education related project: The madrasha authority has received the project to open the departments as follows for establishing a university growing the institute. 1. Daorae hadith (masters), 2. Adab department (Arabic literature department), 3. Ifta department (higher islamic law research department), 4. Hadith department (higher hadith research deaprtment), 5. Tafsir department, 6. Recitation and tazbid department, 7. Islami Dawah and research department, 8. Under the board of Nurani Talimul Quran board nurani muallim training course department, 9. Under the huffazul Quoran foundation huffazul Quran training center, 10. Teacher training departement under the Kawmi Madrasha Education Board Befaq, 11. Prayer and recitation training course for aged people, 12. Security department, 13. Monthly publication.
2.      Development and Expansion oriented project: 1. Education building construction: The possible expenditure is about 5 crore taka. 2. Two multi storied residential building construction. The possible expenditure its is 6 crore taka. 3. Second and third floor construction of the building: the possible expenditure is about two crore taka. 4. Construction of boundary wall and gate: the possible expenditure is about one crore taka. 5. Construction of two ports in two big ponds. The possible expenditure is about fifty lakhs taka. 6. Buying lands the possible expenditure is about

Is about 1 crore taka. 7. Construction of teacher quarter: The possible expenditure is about two crore taka. 8. Book purchase: There is needed almost 1 crore taka. 10. Vehicle purchase: Bringing students and in different needs of the madrasha in different categories is needed almost 10 vehicles the possible expenditure is almost 3 crore taka. 11. Two publication as monthly newspaper of the madrasha publishes. The possible expenditure in every year is almost 6 lakhs taka. 12. There is managed a modern generator. The possible expenditure is almost thirty lakhs taka. 13. The security system of the institute is mandatory to be monitored always by CC camera in CC Camra. There is needed about 10 lakhs taka for that reason.
11.   Allama Shaikh Abdur Razzak Rah. Foundation: At the end of the twenty century when Islam is to face the challenges. The successors of the Hazrat to give reality of his dream to bring multi ways in his name “Allama Shaikh Abdur Razzak Rah. Foundation” a social organization is built. The purpose and objectives of the organization is, for the sake of satisfaction Allah changing the management of the corrupted society all types of bad works, non justice, naked, furious and non relevant through removing in all across the society making the light of Quran Sunnah reached. The purpose the foundation is working the programs as follows.
1.      Creating awareness to the people of the area through founding library and operation. 2. Managing different types of religious programs of recitation, azan, songs including as because to evolve good Islamic culture. 3. Serving the poor humanity. 4. Holding quiz competition based on the area. 5. Implementation of correct Quran education programs. 6. Starting the Quran education management under the foundation based on the mosque under this slogan “Quran for all”. 7. Publishing time appropriate good minded and Islamic books. 8. Poor helpless and talented students among them books, education materials and financial help providing

9) Managing to have married the helpless women. 10. Providing cash money for Iftar materials in the holy month of Ramajan in different education institute. 11. Distributing Iftar materials for the purpose of holy Ramajan within poor helpless families of the society.
12. Future project of the foundation: The foundation for the implementation of the purpose of achievement and activities in well the projects as follows has taken on the hand.
1. Establishment of well dig for the poor people.
2. Distribution of food among the poor helpless people.
3. Distribution free sewing machine among the poor women received sewing training.
4. Sewing training in free to poor women.
5. Providing education and managing to nurture orphan, helpless and poor children.
6. Distribution of korbani animals among the poor people at the time of the eid of Korbani.
7. Distribution of new cloths among the poor people at the time Ramjan eid.
8. Repairing old mosque and establishment of 100 mosques.
9. Establishment of 100 ablution centers based on the mosque.
10. Establishment of 50 madrasha.
11. Free distribution among the people publishing religious books.

There are massive expenditure of this 6 hundred students largest this institute as because of the complain of multi ways poor helpless students to have maintenance, 27 well educated, skilled and qualified teachers and 4 people of other employees in addition of thir salaries buying books, purchasing lands, construction of building and other sectors. At present there is on going the construction work of 3 storied dorms of the institute.
Therefore, as filling up the deficiency of the madrasha: for the purpose of preaching Islamic religion massively to the religious Muslim brothers, there is to have sincere request.
