Contract Agreement

A agreement meeting is hold in BGMEA auditorium Dhaka on dated 05/01/2018 AD at around 03.30 on the subject related to labor of Knit Asia Limited, Narshinghpur, Ashulia, Dhaka. Advocate Munsur Khaled, senior additional secretary (CMC), BGMEA has presided the mentioned agreement meeting. In favor of the factory there was presented Mr Sjeikh Rafiqul Kabir, AGM, Commercial, Mr Md. Anwarul Islam, manager, AGM accounts and finance and representative in favor of labor Mr Md. rafiqul Islam Sujan, president, Mr Ismail Hossen Thandu, president Ashulia police station, unit, Bangladesh garments and industry federation and 65 labors of the factory.

The written bellow decisions are taken as per agreement of all after the detail discussion:

1.      The factory will be opened on the next day 6th January, 2018 AD and labor- employee will join the work appropriately.

2.      The facility will be given as per section 20 of Bangladesh labor law, 2006 to temporary expelled labor employee.

3.      The principle wage of one month will be paid as for notice pay.

4.      The principle wage will be paid for 30 days for every full year as for service benefit of those age of job more than one year.

5.      The acquired leave wage (if available) will be given as per account of the factory.

6.      Old labor employee will not be made jobless without any reason

7.      The acquired leave taka of the labor the working in the factory will be remained as like previous labor law.

8.      The present bonus will not be cut of approved leave of the working employee.

9.      AGM of the factory Tariquil Islam as promoted in job somewhere else as presented resign letter by himself factory authority has received his resign letter and the payment will be paid as per rules of the factory.

10.   BGMEA will be paid on dated 05/01/2018 AD on Friday at around 05.00 all of the mentioned payment by the factory authority. There is mentioned that, if any one of the mentioned 65 labor employee is absent in the date their dues will be paid from BGMEA to factory authority. The complaint anyone will not be able to go for payment in the gate of the factory.

11.   Mentioned 65 labors will not be able to harass by police.
