no- 76, date- 02/08/2014 AD in the principle I am with my accompanied with the
force mentioned above in Sagolnaia police station to preserve law and order as
was in mobile duty the news is received that, under the Sagolnaia police
station in Pathannagar village as is taking the enemy in pathannagr bazar local
people Awam League and BNP becoming in two party taking weapons of country,
sticks, knife and other local weapons for the purpose to make conflicts as got
become congested. For taking legal necessary acton and verifying the truth of
the mentioned news at around 10:30 AM on dated 02/08/2014 ADI am accompanied with
forces as reached in Pathannagar bazar seeing our present the mentioned
complaints becoming more agreessive one party to the other party randomly threw
pieces of bricks and stones. Therefore people lives in the bazar namely 1. Ahid
Ullah Patwari Member 4 no ward, West Pathannagar, 2. Mohammad Ullah Vuya,
Father- Late Abdur Rashid Vuya, village- West Pathannagar both of police
station- Sagolnaia, District- Feni become a little bit injured. One party to
the other party for attacking as made fled to control the situation I am with
accompanied forces as requested to leave the place of the mentioned complaints
as not leaving the mentioned place disobeying our order making screaming
calling more people

made restriction in our duty, subsequently BNP supported people becoming united
illegally with explosive materials and knife, sticks and rods and explosive
materials (cocktail) etc suddenly on us and innocent people who are living in
the bazar for the purpose to damage the property and life of people and targeting
to us illegally explosion 05/ 06 explosion materials made terror among the
people. Breaking 10/ 12 stores of the south street of boroia bazar stabbing
with rods and sticks attacked damaged about 50,000/- taka. To save property and
life of us and general people as made fled the complaints they become able to
be fled. In the incident place, I have taken the signs in the taken list before
the presented witnesses of the explosion materials. I have taken signatures of
witnesses in the taken list. There is known as asked the local people and
presented witness the mentioned complaints last dated 03/08/2014 AD at around
10.00 AM in the morning in Pathannagat bazar the son of Hafez Manir Ahmed named
Bayzid (13) and 4 and 5 no complaints as beated as becuase of the beat as for
that reason among the local people Awam League and BNP becoming divided in two parties
tried to attack one party on another party. I identified the complaints and
asked the local people and witnesses collected name and address of the
mentioned complaints. The mentioned and unknown complaints made restriction in
the duty becoming united by the people illegally breaking store damaging life
and property creating terror among people explosion the explosive materials has
made crime as per section 3/ 6 sections of sections 143/323/186/427 including
the explosive materials (amended) law, 2002 to be seen. There has made late to make
the case as discussed with senior authority regarding the subject of incident
and tried to arrest as collecting name and address of the complaints.

The brief description
of the case is that, plaintiff of the case SI Md. Jashim Uddin of Sagolnaia
police station in GD no- 76, dated- 02/08/2014 AD with the accompanied forces
at the time as is in duty in Sagolnaia police station received news that,

There has been
congested for the purpose to make conflict taking country’s weapon by the group
of villager dividing in two part as because of anti incident made previously in
Pathannagar Chourasta. The plaintiff informing the subject to OC dated
02/08/2014 AD at around 10.30 AM with the accompanied forces as reached in the
incident place as is seen the present of police the complaints started to
scream. One party has thrown pieces of bricks on the other party. There has
made damaged of the stores. Local Ohid Ullah Member and Md. Ullah and Md. Ullah
Vuya have got injured a little bit. The plaintiff with accompanied forces as
ordered to leave the incident place of the two parties the complaints threw
pieces of bricks again including explosion 5/ 6 cocktails made feared among the
people, made restriction in the work of police. Later the complaints as made
fled from the incident place by the plaintiff with his accompanied forces complaints
left the incident place. The plaintiff taking the signs of the case took in
their saving. The plaintiff of the case SI Jashim Uddin as presenting in the police
station as made the case Officer in charge of Sagonaia police station making
the case handed over the duty of investigation on SI Md. Anowar Hossen.
SI Md. Anowar Hossen
as taking the duty of investigation of the case has visited the incident place
on time. Draft map and content explanation of the incident place has prepared.
Complaints are tried to arrest. 04 complaints are handed over to the learned
court arresting them immediately. Voice record has been taken of the witnesses
as per section 161 of civil case. Report of the signs has been collected as
examining the explosion as per order of the learned court. I have taken the
duty of investigation of the case last dated 13/11/2014 AD as per order of
senior A S P Feni circle last dated 07/11/2014 AD. I asked the witnesses
discussing the docket, visited the incident place of the case. I tried to
arrest the complaints.
There has expressed at
the time of investigation last dated 02/08/2014 AD at around 10.00 AM as there
has got touched with leg of a son named Bayezid with the activist of Awam
League and BNP in Pathannagar bazar. Then the complaint Rakib has got beaten.
Regarding that matter local people made protest and including Rakib their
accompanied Farhad Hasan is barked. Later on dated 02/08/2014 AD at around
10.00 AM the complaint Razib with his accompanied Shahjahan Molla, Farhad
Rahman, Saiful Islam and Shahadat Hossen Dipu as coming to the incident place
as taken the favor of Bayezid made barked in bad language and was used to threw
pieces of bricks and stones as were in the north side of the road. Therefore
there has made damage the window and door of the closed stores. The amount of
damage is about 10,000/- taka. As the complaints threw pieces of bricks and
stones local Shahid member and Md. Ullah Vuya become injured. As the police run
out of the complaints then the complaint Rakib and Farhad Rahman explosing 5/ 6
cocktail made fered among the people. Vehicle transportation of road becomes
stopped. Later the plaintiff of the case as made run out of the complaints the
complaints went out from the incident place.

The complaints explosion
cocktail illegally throwing pieces of bricks made damaged of the stores.General
people become injured. To prove witness and investigation and as discussed the
sign of the explosion as examined the report the complaint in the case Md.
Rakib and Farhad Rahman explosion cocktail creating fear among the people as
per the explosion materials law of section 3 (amended/ 02) of crime and the
complaint Md. Shahjahan Molla , Md. Saiful Islam and Shahadat Hossen Dipu
assisted to explosion the cocktail of the same section 6 of the law as the
incident of the case proved true informing the result of the case to the senior
authority in the complain letter in no- 59 on dated- 15/09/2014 AD, as per
sections- 3/ 6 of explosion material law (amended/ 02) is submitted. The
plaintiff is informed the result of the case. The witnesses will prove the incident
of the case publicly in the court.
