As part of the deed the affidavit will be made. There as understanding the core of the deed the saf kabla deed is accomplished. By dated 29th Srabon and on dated in English 15/08/1983 AD therefore.
Schedule Introduction of the Land Property

I am Abul Hashim, Father- Late Hazi Md. Masud Ali, Village- Ramnagar, Police Station- Raypura, District- Dhaka.
There are insuring as giving the affidavit as is said and declared without doubt on that
1.   I/ we are citizen and permanent resident of Bangladesh.
2.   2. The non removable property which is proposed for transfer that:
A) This is not seized by the power of Bangladesh broker law (16 no ordinance of the presidency, 1972 AD).
B) There are property disposal and Bangladesh Disposable Property Law (16 no order of the president 1972 AD).
C) That it has has not imposed imposed on the government or transferred as per traditional laws of Bangladesh.
D) There is mentioned the description of the property in the deed correctly the price was not shown less and the transfer maker has the right to transfer of the property.
3.   The proposed transfer is not cancellable as per section 5 A of highest boundary specification law (18 no of the president, 1972 AD).
The proposed property for transfer is not against any laws or regulation of traditional laws. The statements made above that me/ our knowledge is true accordingly dated 28/10/2001 AD in Raypura sub registrar making affidavit in the court and keeping witnesses the affidavit is given there is no anything made hidden or anything preached false.
