transfer with anyone else regarding that rpoerty there is clear that in
possession of your purchase if gets violated then the price of taken money and
its legal compensation as paying in compromise there will be given and there
the price will imposed as punished in civil case. There the Saf Kabla deed as

I am permanent citizen of Bangladesh and regarding the transfer of non
removable property the written bellow information is truth.

The proposed transferred non removable property is not
crock able as per special tribunal order (P.O no- 8 of 1972 AD).

The proposed non removable property for transfer is
not disposable property as per Bangladesh disposable property order (P.O no- 10
of 1972 AD).
3.
As per any traditional laws the proposed non removable
property for transfer is not punished or seized by the government.
4.
The proposed non removable property for transfer is
not against any regulation in present traditional laws.
5.
The proposed non removable property is not cancellable
as per section A (Ka) of (P.O order 9 of 1972 AD) of Bangladesh holding
limitation order.
6.
The schedule and description of the proposed non
removable property for transfer has been mentioned correctly and the price of
the mentioned has not been shown less. I/ we have the full rights to transfer
the mentioned property.
