The deed of agreement of flat rent in east- west side
of flat no Chan – A – 4, in the name Chan Housing under the Mohammadpur police
station, in disttrict Dhaka.

The
deed of agreement of specified flat is rented monthly therefore. As I am 1st
party, my own ownership 46/ A, Chan Housing, Bashbari Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka
which is situated in Chan Housing in the name of flat no- Chan – A – 4 no as
the legal owner enjoying possession. I am the 1st party in the built
mentioned holding in 4th floor in Chan- A- 4 no flat as proposed to
rent in monthly rent, you the second party/ tenant as expressed interest to
take rent based on monthly rent in residence house/ flat, we have given
signature writing the deed becoming agreed and consent as per terms based on
discussion in between parties.
Terms
1.
The deed of agreement is accomplished for 1 (one) year dated from 1st
March, 2018 AD to 28th February, 2019 AD and in well condition as
appropriate for living 2nd party has taken and second party/ tenant
as is in rent if electric and sanitary materials get spoiled then then will
repair those from own expenditures. There will be obliged to make understood
the flat to the 1st party after the end of the rent.

If
any types of damage gets happened within the flat in mentioned period then
second party/ tenant will be obliged to compensate that from own expenditure or
mentioned will be cut to be compensated from the security money, There will not
be any objection from the second party.
2.
Second party will deposit as advance taka 20,000/- (Twenty thousands) to
first party, which is not able to cut from rent and first party refund that as
received the flat in well condition during the period of the contract. Or there
will be cut off before leaving.
3.
The monthly rent is specified of the mentioned flat including car
parking 20,000/- (twenty thousands) taka. The second party will pay monthly
rent of the mentioned flat dated from 1 (one) to 7 (seven) date of the current
month.
4.
The second party/ tenant will be obliged to pay in the rented flat used
electrical bill, gas bill as per meter reading utility of the flat which will
be specified by the committee, that 1st party will be obliged to pay
in one time with the money of rent to the 2nd party.
5.
The deed of agreement will be obliged validated dated from 1st
March, 2018 AD to 28th February, 2019 AD.
6.
There will be required for both of the parties of 1 (one) month advance
notice to make the flat empty and leave the flat. There will be obliged to leave
the flat immediately if prove has been found of non illegal business and non
social activities.
7.
You the second party will not be able to keep any sub- let in the
rented flat home.

8.
The contracted time in the deed of agreement as ended if the 1st
party proposes to rent the flat again and you the 2nd party is
interested to take as monthly rent you will be given priority. But advance
deposit money and monthly rent will be changed or increased as per time. That
we both of the parties will be able to be specified as per discussion.
9.
You 2nd party will not be able to build any office club or
library to you rented flat.
We
are both of the parties have given our signature in the rent deed before
signature provider bellow witnesses as got informed its core and result reading
the deed without having been solicited from anyone else, willingly, self
knowledge and good health. By date-
