As per section 7 (4) of Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 there is taken already all of the steps to make the parties re unite which is failed. There has no any pending order regarding the resolve case. The given divorce to Naima Nasrin is activated on dated 20/12/2012 AD by the 1^st party Mohammad Shahed Ashraf as per section 7 (3) of Muslim Family Law Order, 1961 as 90 days are exceeded specified in the law.
