The application in favor of the plaintiff party is
that,

The plaintiff of
the case is a member of respected and higher educated Muslim family meaning
giving taxes to the government regularly and law follower person therefore. On
the other hand the defendant is a person of terrorists and force possessor. His
only one passion and profession is to occupy homes and buildings of these
people by terrorists forcedly he is disobeying law and rules any works to every
works that can do the society. The defendant has no any particular source of
income in any time any place and homes occupying those forcedly making the real
owners of the home ousted but the defendant are his people that types of
terrorist that anyone can not open mouth in fearing of the defendant.

The plaintiff of the case and unknown some of the
4/5 people becoming having weapon of the country last dated 01/12/2015 AD in
the time of 10.30 AM in the morning coming to the ground floor of the schedule
mentioned home of the plaintiff tried to enter the home illegally then the
people around the area as tried make obstruction no 1 defendant for the purpose
of killing the plaintiff pressed the throat the unknown complaints have kicked
and punched the plaintiff then the witnesses as hearing the screaming of the
plaintiff coming down from the building the plaintiff is rescued from the hands
of teh defendants then the defendants leaving the incident place and at the
time of going threatened by telling that, within the next 7 (seven) days the
plaintiff has to given out the building otherwise threatened by telling that
will be killed.

As come to occupy the building there can be bloody
conflicts with the defendants and there has the possibility of getting deteriorate
enough law and order therefore. The plaintiff is the child in pregnant of Mrs
Jakia Parveen Beauty. As Jakia Parveen Beauty aged person moreover as having
physically and mentally ill therefore the plaintiff has been given to operate
the case so the plaintiff in the learned court has been obliged to make the
case therefore. Date 01/12/2015 AD in the local police station as went to make
the case the police station authority has given consultancy to make the case in
the learned court so that the case has been made in the court. In addition to
Jakia Hossen Beauty with his real deeds and documents all of other documents

As was kept in N.C.C Bank Matijheel so providing the
attested documents the case has been made. the plaintiff has been given the
power to operate the case therefore he has made the case. In the schedule
mentioned property there was no truth of the defendants in the past as well and
in present also there has no the plaintiff as having been the possession
peacefully making taxes and mutation regularly the defendant is trying to enter
forcedly unnecessarily. The schedule mentioned building is known for long time
as Sylhet building. To prove the incident there has enough witness of the
plaintiff and the deed documents are in possession therefore. The plaintiff is as
hearing the speech of the plaintiff the learned court as becoming kind to keep
the law and order peaceful.

Giving one instruction to the officer in charge of
Matijheel police station any other all of the exempts the plaintiff can get regarding
as per civil activity regulation in section no- 145 one order is very necessary
otherwise the plaintiff applicant will be deprived from the lawful justice. All
of the documents copy are attached with this application. Other speeches will
be published at the time of hearing.
Accordingly there has very necessary to give an
order to the officer in charge of Matijheel police station for taking lawful
steps as per section no- 145 of civil activity regulation explaining the
standards of the application of the plaintiff as well.
