Subject:  Appointment in the Position of Lecturer cum Medical Officer.
Sir,
You have been given appointment based on the terms and conditions salaries as is in bellow in the position of lecturer cum medical officer in community medicine department in public university as per decision of the authority and based on your application and interview in the Public University.
Salary and Terms:
1.      Your this appointment primarily is exceptionable and renewable for three years based on the contract which is satisfactory for activity accomplishment. At the times of three years contract period both of the parties has to be given advance notice at least 90 (ninety) days (you or public university) or there has to be transferred salaries in equal of 90 days in the Public University.
2.      You have to have renew the duration of job in your own duty within the contract duration. If renewal is not made timely and for the reason of this if any complication is made therefore the authority of Public University will not be liable.
3.      You will be paid in total 32,000.00 (Thirty Two Thousands) including journal allowance of monthly salary 2,000.00 among them Public University will pay 22,000.00 (Twenty Two Thousands) taka and Public Health Center Savar will pay 10,000.00 (Ten Thousands) taka. As for house rent in public health center keeping 2000.00 taka from the monthly salary of Public University will be paid. Your income tax you will have to be bear. The liability of paying income tax is in your liability.
4.      After the end of year receipts of books and journal purchase of all money will have to be submitted in the registrar office. Otherwise this money will be adjusted from your account. You have to have stay full time inside the Public Health Center Savar. You will have to have paid in appropriate time of gas, electricity, social tax etc as per rules of Public Health.
5.      Public University Authority will cut 10% of employee welfare fund of your monthly principle salary. Ending the job following all of the rules and regulations as if the university is left including 15% interest the mentioned taka you will be refunded. But before the expiration of period if you violates the orders of the University or department, then your cut off taka of your salary will be seized.
6.      As for employee welfare fund the deposited taka following all of the rules before retiring from the job in any necessary of the family in any necessarily you will not be able to receive in advance or loan from the employee welfare fund, which is completely against the rules of Public University.
7.      Misuse of the power as teacher cannot be done. Any reason showing or relevant reason in temporary the cancellation notice without Vice- chanchalor, registrar or related dean and departmental head answer of the copy of the notice anywhere meaning if given anyone outside that will be counted as the violation of the rules and orders of the University and as for the activity as like that you will be counted as temporary expel from the job.

8.      Recommendation from someone else outside or recommendation by the phone for Promotion, salary increase and other facility of getting appointment is against the traditional rules of the university. Though it has been known if you do that, then you will be deprived from all of the facilities. Follow these rules carefully.
9.      Public University creation idea named concept paper is attached for reading carefully. Read the concept paper carefully and the reflection is wished in the speech of the students (Attached).
10.  Every medical and dental student come to class and hospital reading apron and at the time stay in Public University there is to hang Identity Card in the throat that will have to be made sure. If student is present in the class without identity card then the liability is on you.
11.  No activity can be done which is out of the rules in the Public University. There has to have good relation in between students and teachers. Senior teachers are to be respected and the consultation and order of them will have to be taken to accomplish the work. No confliction or impulse about the students and behavior can be done. I made and if proved then it will be the same the expel from the job.
12.  You will have to have worked in Public Health social based Medical College Hospital. You will have to take class of MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy and other students. Regarding that matter principle of Public Health social based Medical College and director of the Savar Hospital will be make right discussing that and will be informed the signature provider in bellow. In case of necessary intern doctor and other medical officer in giving the treatment of the patient you can give help and will be informed the professor. In addition to you can go in the village for village education activity with the students.
13.  If leave is enjoyed which is out of the rules of the Public University or against the interest of the Public University if any works are done you will be deprived from the promotion and salary increase as well. You will have to have followed the instructions and rules introduced traditionally in present and future in Public University. if any rules and instructions are violated that will b considered as violation of the terms and conditions of the job. You will help the authority following all of the decision of the authority of the Public University. If you are absent in work without approval two days salary will be cut for everyday absent.
14.  You will have to have gone to the village taking the students sometimes- regarding the authority whatever the instruction provide that must be followed. Therefore no excuse or demands to the authority will be accepted but will be considered as the violation of the job regulation. For that reason you can get retire or expel from the job.
15.  There is requesting to submit report in registrar office of examining full medical examination by your own expenditure in Public Health Center.
16.  You will have to have lifetime subscriber of monthly public health and all of the books and poster will have to be bought. If poster and book are sold of the Public Publication to some one else that will be considered as the special qualification. Bok purchase activity in every six months receipts copy and photocopy will have to be submitted in account department.
17.  Without the written approval of Public University Authority you will not be able to join with any other institutions or receive the responsibility of any other institution or teacher or part time job of any types direct or indirect consultancy in any other organization or institution anywhere else. Without informing the Public University Authority application of job or taking duty in any institution is considered out of manner. This is against of the contract therefore will be considered as the violation of the contract and therefore expelling you including cancelling all of the facilities which is the university preserves. Even as because of violation of the Public University reputation as per the decision of the authority you will be obliged to pay the financial compensation to the Public University. 18.  7 days before the leave application has to be made if the leave is taken without any other reason except the bad news stronger than sudden illness of father- mother or wife and children. Reason without that if the leave is spent or if the leave is wanted by phone that will not be acceptable but will be counted as absent and the salary will be cut as per rules.
19.  As per rules of the Public University you will have to provide signature at the time of coming and going everyday in the present notebook of the teacher and the course will have to be ended to the students timely.
20.  No decision can be taken exclusively which is out of the rules of the university meaning academic administration. No fear can be shown if failed or cut the number or made afraid in any types to the students of the class. Without approval of the authority there cannot be made lead of any types of activities, picnic or educational tour as well. If the rules are violated then there can be taken administrational actions.
21.  Note sheets will have to be given to all of the students through captain of class for next class of previous class or ¾ days before taking the class of the students. Therefore the students can take preparation for the class.
22.  In addition to the rules as mentioned in case of necessary you will have to prepare always to see patients or taking class with the students in any time.
23.  With the other rules in future the rules introduced in Public University will be necessary to you as well and will be considered as the part and terms of the job.
24.  Your salary will be transferred in your account in Public Health Association Credit Society (An Association Bank). Please have an account in Public Health Association Credit Society Public Health Center, Public University.
25.  As per terms and conditions mentioned above 01/02/2018 AD (19/10/1424 in Bengali) the appointment letter will be effective from the date of your joining. Other rules attached of Public University as per your designation will be considered as the part of the appointment letter.
