you the deed receiver that you have known its highest price- 3,56,000/= (Three

as got understood from you the deed provider in one time bellow schedule

as making understood giving you understood I am the deed provider in my place
and next successors has become ownership and possession less forever from the
mentioned above land therefore.

enjoying the possession and ownership in the mentioned land forever. In its
from me or anyone from successors or selected there have no any demands or
claims therefore. In future if any demands or claims are raised then it will
counted as disregarded, disapproved and cancelled.
There is
mentioned that, bellow schedule mentioned property I am the deed provider to
anyone else, anywhere in government, semi government, autonomous organization
or anywhere else have sold or made contract with anyone else have not taken any
advance payment for contract as well. Even it has not been made without name.
The saf is sold to you in fresh, without problems to you. If in future if there
is expresses any defects of me then legally: I will liable and will be obliged
to pay compensation.

be clear that, the description of the Saf Kabla or its schedule name, dag,
khatian etc if there is seen any types of error or mistakes or if its proved in
papers then the deed will not be cancelled. Whereas the deed receiver I am the
deed provider making the amendment deed will be obliged for registry and
accomplishment of the deed lawfully and in my absent my selected succession
will be able to make correction. It will be counted as one of the part of this
Saf Kabla deed and this deed will existed and non cancelled as well.

if any false or hiding information about the ownership and possession therefore
if you are deed receiver became damaged I am the deed provider including
compensation the deed shown sold land will be obliged to refund as the market
price in future and will be liable lawfully of the crime as made.
