Rembering the most merciful great Allah and beginning the version of this transfer/sale deed of lawful verson. As in the following schedule desribed property Abdul Aziz Khan, son of late Ayub Khan on the past dated 21/11/1958 AD in the Dhaka Sub-Registry Office vide registered 13733 No. Sale Deed vide it Shahjahanpur reisent of late Abdul Goni’s son  Mirjja Abdul Majid from his  after purchase of the same  and during the owner and possession holding, on the passed S.A. survey his name in correctly recorded and during the enjoying period, his 7(seven) son and 5(five ) daughters keeping the heirs and successors  the said Abdul Aziz Khan was died, then in his leaving proerty  Abdul Mazid Khan including other kinds of heirs during the heirs keeping period, on the passed R.S. Survey  their name after record inclusion and druing the enjoying period  his 7 sons in respectively (1) Abdul Majid Khan, (2) Abdur Rahman khan, (3) Abdur Rashid Khan, (4) Abdul Kader Khan, (5) Fazar Ali Khan, (6) Abdul Gani Khan, (7) Abdul Motin Khan, from their father, through heirs referenmce received property during the enjoying facility  on the dated 19/09/1977 AD in the Myemensingh Sub-Registry Offiece vide 15582 No. Distributon Deed by it of which saham after receive of the same and in the following schedule described property to the favor of Abdul Majid Khan was made understand about the possession of it and later 5(five) sisters part in respectively (1) Ayesha Khatun, (2) Amena Khatun, (3) Asia Khatun, (4) Aleya Khatun, (5) Ashia Khatun,  on the dated : 28/11/1984 AD to the Dhaka Notary Public office  before M.A. Reza their co-brother Abdul Majid Khan’s father  in the following schedule mentioned peropeety of their received party after gifiting  and from the giting land, the said five sisters were became oiwner and possession less forgood.
