and time of the incident- 28/10/2006 AD, Day- Saturday, at around 4.30 PM in
the evening before the U/ P office situated in Bamei Bazar.

The descriptions of the case is
submitted presenting as typed the description case that, a group of complaints,
extremist, anti social, law breaker, and terrorist and are very close of
relatives and very bad types of grouping people therefore. Some of the
complaints making the innocent people of the area as complaints creating false
case made insulated therefore. My son no 1 victim was union general secretary
of Bangladesh Jatiatabadi Jubodal. My son has the political conflicts with the
complaints. Before some days regarding the contradiction about a view with some
of the complaints making the mentioned conflict as centered the complaints as
becoming seriously angry how they can damage us in big ways is involved
regarding this efforts.
Sir, on the day of the incident
date in the evening my son no 1 victim as was going to Bamei Bazar locally the
incident date and time time in situated Bamei Bazar union office as reached
only the complaints suddenly surrounded my son as well. Before anything my son
as understood no 1 complaint as giving order told that, killing that little
brother in law make understood regarding making excess with us. As soon as the
mentioned order no 5 complaint with the Chinese knife with his hand targeting
the head as hit forcedly that mentioned hit falling on the head of my mentioned
son no 1 victim has become serious blooded injured. The same complaint targeting
the throat of my son again another stabbed the stab in the throat of my son no
1 victim

before cutting the vein has become seriously blooded injured. As a result of
the mentioned injury my son as has fallen on the soil no 3 complaint with the knife
in his hand targeting the chest as stabbed the mentioned stabbing falling on
the left side of no 1 victim of my son has become seriously hole injured. Other
complaints to make sure the death of the no 1 victim of my son beaten randomly
in that time to save my son no 2 victim as come forward no 5 complaint with the
Chinese knife in his hand targeting the head as stabbed the mentioned stab as
falling in the right side of the head has become seriously blooded injured. No
7 complaint with the knife in his hand for the purpose to kill targeting the
throat of no 2 victim as stabbed the mentioned stabbing as falling on the right
arm has become seriously blooded injured. As because of the stabbing no 2
victim as has fallen on the soil all of the other complaints to make sure the
death of the no 2 victim with the sticks and weapon on their hands made numerous
bloody injuries in the body by beating. By the self screaming of the victims
and enjoys of the complaints the witnesses with the people surrounding there as
come forward by running the complaints with the weapons with them from the
incident places has gone away to somewhere else. Immediately I am with some of
the witnesses rescuing the victims as taking for the treatment to the Lakhai
Upazilla Health Complex the doctor in duty has declared death the no 1 victim
and no 2 victim as was in treatment of Lakhai Upazilla Health Complex has got
dead at around 7.30 PM in the evening. Regarding the mentioned subject as
informed to the Lakhai police station the officer in duty of the police station
S. I accompanied with forces as taking to the hospital making the dead body of
victims in post mortem: rescuing the dead body as sent to the Habiganj Modern
Hospital by the hospital after the post mortem of the dead body S. I made us
understood the dead bodies. We are the dead bodies of the both of the
victims

I have accomplished the burying
as taking to the home. Then as becoming somewhat late the case description
there has been submitted in your police station. I have witness. The witnesses
will prove the incident.
Therefore, the clever killer,
terrorist, anti social complaints against them there is in consideration to
take necessary lawful steps.
