The description of the partition deed of agreement
is starting by the name of almighty merciful Allah that the bellow schedule
mentioned land we are the party in the self in the father, mother and husband
in reference of succession as received in our own name ruling name making
deposit: In its to date as making that co- share without objection from anyone
else whatever wish for having been in possession and enjoying the ownership. In
that situation we are the party or in our place among the successors regarding
that schedule mentioned land so no conflict can be made so we are the parties
as becoming united and in the present of the important people of the village in
our possession bellow schedule mentioned land as filling up specifying as more
or less obeying which is the co share land in own share as made understood and
received therefore.
There is to be clear that, bellow schedule written
“A” schedule mentioned land which will be price around 29,94,000/00 (Twenty
nine lakhs ninety four thousands) taka which deed mentioned 1st
party received share made understood and received. The bellow written “B”
schedule mentioned land which is price around 29,70,000/00 (Twenty nine lakhs
ninety four thousands) taka that the 2nd party in the received share
has made understood and received.

the 3rd party of the deed has made understood release and received.

of the deed as made understood and received. The bellow written “E” schedule
mentioned land which will be price around 8,40,000/00 (eight lakhs forty
thousands) taka that received the 5th party of the deed making that
understood releasing and receiving. The bellow written “F” schedule mentioned
land which will be price around 26,15,000/00 (Twenty Six Lakhs Fifteen
Thousands) taka that will be received the 6th party of the deed in

the 8th party received in the deed making that understood and

will be price around 73,000/00 (seventy three thousands) taka that has been
making understood receiving and releasing to the 13th party.

The bellow schedule mentioned land which is received
whom taking the land in own possession making that understood to received to
other parties making the other parties to rule the name from the government:
collecting government specified taxes receiving check submission donation, sell
heba etc all types of transfer power to operate son, grandsons and in placed
successors to have enjoyed happily and can be done the same. There we are the
party or in our place of any successors there has no any demands, claims or
objections as well. If in future anything raise or anyone makes that will be
cancelled or disregarded by all of the courts. Regarding the possession of the
transferred land as because of the falsify or hiding truth by any other party
if other party gets in damage then there will be obliged to pay the
compensation. Our this partition deed of agreement from the low court of
Bangladesh to the high court always will considered as effective.
Therefore coming to the meeting in present in good
health in easy mind willingly self knowledge and before the important people
and witnesses the partition deed of agreement description of its core as
understanding we are all parties have accomplished accordingly. Dated- 27th

not been seized.
B) That
is as per Bangladesh Disposable Law 1972 in the order no- 16 of the president
is not disposable property.
C) That
is not against any section of any laws.
D) That
has not seized or imposed on the government in any laws. I/ we have the right
to transfer that property.
E) As
per sub section 5 (A) of the order 98 of the president of Bangladesh Land
Highest Boundary Limitation Law, 1972 is not cancellable. Its price has not
shown less.
