Temporary Godown Rent
Agreement
In the name of the most merciful creator and beginning the
version of my ground floor (godown) rent agreement preparation view is that I
am the 1st Party in the schedule described building of ground floor
(godown) monthly rent giving proposal was made, then you the 2nd
party was wished to be given rent, as such, on the following terms and
conditions in the schedule described building of ground floor (godown) of the
Tenant Agreement of the parties is performed, of which dated : 20/08/2018 AD.
Terms and conditions
- That I am the 2nd
party of total 25,00,000/- (twenty five lac). You to the 1st
party as the deposit shall be deposited. Aforementoned 25,00,000/- (twenty
five lac), the 2nd party to the 1st party and on
instllation in gradually is given.
- That the schedule
described building of stall of monthly 35,000/- (twenty five ) taka rate in the next month of
(five) dated within to the 1st party shall be paid and rent
shall be paid and will be taken of money payment receipt.
- In the schedule described
holding and building stall (godown ) power bill, to the 2nd
party bank in right time after made to payment and the 2nd copy
of it shall be made understand to the 1st party or electricity
bill and money including to the 1st part to understand and then
the 1st Party shall be given deposit to the bank.
- The 2nd Party
of the building’s stall (godown) could not be done any kind of harmful
work and may be created sound, such kinds of any business could not be
done.
- In the schedule described stall,
I am the 2nd party during the business running period city
corporation tax, income tax, electricity bill and phone bill must be paid
by me. If the stall (shop) is leaving, then from different office shall be
taken of clearance.
- The 1st Party
on the ground floor (godown) rent could be increased. The 2nd
Party if is unable to pay of the extended rate, then within 2(two) months,
tenant stal (shop) shall be bound to leave the same.
- You the 1st
party of the shop’s stall owner, of the schedule described building of any
kinds of erection, repairning, construction and personal use cause,
building of schedule room of stall (shope) if is needed, then without
showing any cause, the 1st Party before 2(two) month shall be
given notice to the 2nd party. I am the 2nd party in
the schedule described building of stall room of full possession shall be
bound make understand to the 1st party.
- This agreement shall be
effective for the period of 5 years. From the dated 01/10/2018 shall be
effective and at the end of duration
on equal basis, the duration may be increased for more oher 03(three)
months. If there is not to increase of duration, then the 2nd
party at the end of duration stall(shop) room full possession shall be
bound to make understand to the 1st party. In it, any kind of
demand and objection if is made, that shall be treated as neglected in all
of the courts and shall legally be punished and shall be bound to make
compensation.
