And no 1-3 complaints as arresting the charge sheet is submitting that, at the time of remand the received information taken from the complaints are verified. After the verification the complaint has been sent to the related police station E/ S. If the complaints get free in bail, there has the possibility to be fled. So for the sake of right investigation the mentioned complaint is necessary is to keep imprisoned in the prison.

Therefore, there is to be in consideration to keep the complaints in the prison as long a the investigation of the case is finished for the sake of right investigation and justice of the case.
