The description of the deed of agreement is starting by the name of almighty merciful Allah. The 1^st party general secretary of Armbag Sports Association as proposed to operate indoor games in the club after the discussion with the 2^nd party based on the terms written bellow as become agreed to rent Hall Room and a office room including bath room in the club the deed of agreement is accomplished.

Terms and Conditions

1.       1^st party will assist of all types to the 2^nd party for the operation of indoor games.

2.       1^st party will pay as means the club authority, water, electricity and all types of related bills, and 2^nd party will not have to pay any types of bills.

3.       If there is seen any types of contradiction in between 1^st party and 2^nd party, then it will be resolved sitting own selves, if the solution does not happen then in that case president, Arambag Sports Association as the solution maker both of the parties will be obliged to follow that and his opinion as the priority will be counted.

4.       1^st party will make color of their Hall Room and related materials will keep activated including Air Condition.

5.       If any types of wanted incident happen in the Hall Room or club ever in that case both of the parties sitting together will resolve that.

We are both of the parties have been accomplished the deed of agreement not solicited from anyone else reading, reciting in self knowledge and good health by own selves providing signature with own names before the present witnesses.
