as that M. MONIRUL ISLAM BHUIYAN S/o. M. Abdul Alim Bhuiyan is my Nephew
and I am his Uncle.
That I
am backing him up with CHF 75,000 and U.S.$ 50,000 from my HSBC-New-York City,
U.S.A. account. These funds were originally with Trans-America Insurance and
Finance Corporation and A. L. Williams Insurance and Financial Services
Corporation, both in U.S.A. HSBC has transferred funds to Schiller
International University,
Leysin, Switzerland and is bound to pay the
same by their letter of credit.

Completion Of Studies In Switzerland
I. M. MONIRUL ISLAM
BHUIYAN swear, affirm, aver and duly depose to state that I am going to
Schiller International University-The American College of Switzerland, Leysin,
Switzerland to complete an MBA program in International Business which is not
available in Bangladesh and also attend Collegium Palatinum Language Program in
English as a Foreign Language, French, German, and Romanesque native languages
of Switzerland and I will return to my home country after all affairs are
winded up in Switzerland after completion of my studies.
I am and my family financially solvent. Also we have
family business in Dhaka, Bangladesh of the Bhuiyan Group (Bhuiyan Chemical
Company, Unique Eyelet Hole Services Ltd., New Comilla Timber Complex, M.M.
Trade International, Comilla Hardware and Paint) and I need to be here after
completion of my studies in Switzerland, I need to go to Switzerland to acquire
knowledge and “know how” to run International Business. I also need to come back
to Bangladesh
to look after my family.

Al-Noor-Al-Qadiri is putting up a bond of U.S.$ 50,000 in emergency funds and
has also sanctioned CHF 75,000 for studying is Schiller
International University,
Leysin, Switzerland. I have also been
selected for SIU’S College Works Study Program which will provide me with U.S.$
250 per week from on campus employment of defray educational expenses.
