Shariatpur, dispatching to your jadicious court on due police Gard, I am
informaing you that while on duty PCC No. 95/15 dated 17/02/15 on special campaign the plaintiff accompanied
has forces came to know through mobile phone that on the west of Gaidda Pilot
high school on the pitched rood leading from Bhedorganj to kartikpur the miscreants
set a blaze on a bus. on the basis of that news, being, present, the plaintiff
and his accompanied force saw and knew that on. the state of parking 8/10 buses
on the said road at as sumed 22/5 hrs. When miscrants set ablze on the back side
a bus of Isha kha service, of which registration no is Dhaka metro U-04-0928
it started burning. Then with the help of police, locals and personnel of the
bus was able to put out the flame. 7-8 back seats and two glasses of back side
were broken and burnt. As a result nearly Tk. 2,00,000 was loss. For a long
time 20 party supported by BNP jamat has been

making chaos, indiscipline and anarchy in the name of strike
and seizure all over the country. It is being suspected that the aforesaid
accused are involved with the said incident.Until and unless the inquiry of the
case finalised. There is necersary for the detention of the accused in the
jail.
Therefore, it is a humble prayer to you that until the final
inspection completed, the accused should have detention the the jail and blige
thereby.

submission I beg to state that I, S.I Md. Haidar accompanied by constable/202
Md. Abul Harez, constable/300 Md. Shahjahan, constable/76, Palash Mia Driver
constable/711 Md. Sheik Abdul Haque along with P.C.C. no. 95/15, of Bhedorganj,
P.S., While on duty on special compaing on 17/02/15, through moble phone we got
the message that by the side of Gaidda Pilot High school of Bhedorganj Ps. on
the pitched road leading to karticpur from Bhedorganj, some miscreants set a
blaze one a bus. on the basis of that news, Being preasent on the place of
occurrence. I and my accompanied forces knew and saw that on the said road 8/10
buses were parked. Miscreants set a blaze on the bus of isakha service no.
Dhaka Metro U -04-0928 and
consequently 8/10 seats on the back of the buses were burnt, then with the help
of police, locals and the pesonnel of the bus was able to extinguish the fire,
with the fire set by miscreants, 8/10 back seats of were burnt and the back
side glasses were broken and burnt. resulting estimated loss of the Tk.
2,00,000 (Two lac). For a long time 20 party allied supported by BNP and jamat
have been making chaos, indiscipline, anarchy seting fire on transport and conducting
sabotage activities through out the country, following the sequence with a view
to conducting sabotage activities, the leaders and activists of 20 party allied
suppored by BNP and jamat. leasers and activists of 20 party allied.
