REJOINDER

"Making a REJOINDER for the published news by the head line of 'PROF. SYED ALI NAQI COULD NOT DISCHARGE HIS DUTY AS VC' about Darul Ihsan University. Publishing dated : 16/11/07 AD in the Bangladesh Observer."

1. Published news is a viewing, baseless and false and fake basis information upon which has been already printed. It has been made hamper for the respect of the Darul Ihsan University.

2. Mr. Professor Syed Ali Naqi was terminated from all of the post of this University by the Syndicate of this University which on the dated 24/5/2000 AD. From this period, Syed Ali Naqi was engaged to make conspiracy for to capturing all of the powers. In later period, there was appointed of an Acting VC by the Darul Ihsan Trust for some days and he was took the shelter of dis-work and dis-principle and as such, Syed Ali Naqi was terminated by the  Darul Ihsan Trust and by the Darul Ihsan University.

3. As per recommendation of the Darul Ihsan Trust, there was appointed to Professor Monirul Hoque as the Vice Chancellor of the Darul Ihsan University by the honorable President which on the dated 11/10/06AD and as such Mr. Syed Ali Naqi has been making different type of dis-publicity and dis-broadcasting with false and fabricated and base less statement.  The Published news on the dated 16/11/07 AD in the Bangladesh Observer is a out come result of the said dis-publicity.

4. Darul Ihsan University had been established in the year 1986 vide the Trust Registered Deed and as per of the said Registered Deed, the Darul Ihsan Trust and the Darul Ishan University are operating. Mr. Syed Ali Naqi was constituted one of the Trust named Darul Ihsan Trust taking with some of the peoples in the passed year 2006AD according to his mind made and making a dis-publicity of it, which is an illusion. Professor Monirul Haque is maintaining of his own responsibility since 12/10/2006AD after appointed by the honorable president. Mr. Isharof Hossain  is  maintaining  the responsibility  the Secretary of the Darul Ihsan Trust and the Director of Islamic Academy. There is making a dis-publicity in against of him with a viewing and in personal jealousy. Of which is a legally punishable crime. There is making a false, baseless and a dis-publicity in the name of a legal authority into the news media. Even it has been passed for more than one year and after made a false and arranged drama, there has been lodged a false case in against of Professor Monirul Hoque and Mr. Isharof Hossain in the Dhanmondi Police Station. Of which now under investigation. We are in a hope that the administration will be taken appropriate step in against of the Syed Ali Naqi for made of his false allegation.

5.   There has been lodged a case in the Dhanmondi Police Station in against of Mr. Syed Ali Naqi for his false demand of VC and for the cause of his different type of corruption of the University and same as money exploitation, of which number is 85(10) 07, under section: 406/420/419/506 of the Bangladesh Penal Code. This case is now under investigation. There is also lodged other a C.R. Case No. 3579/2007, under section: 406/420 of the Bangladesh Penal Code, which is against to him in the Court. Of which also in under  processing.

5. Mr. Syed Ali Naqi was constituted a Trust taking with newly 11 members by the name of Darul Ihsan Trust in illegally in which, there is no relation of the Darul Ihsan University. He was lodged a Writ Petition of which Number is 10242/2006 by the present responsible authority as well as the appropriate appointed VC with a ill-treated view to become VC by him and with the shelter of the said false constituted trust of which has been made proper reply. This Writ petition is now under jurisdiction. It is mentionable that Mr. Syed Ali Naqi was also lodged a Writ Petition No. 4778/2006 in the honorable High Court of which was happened to dismiss after hearing.

6.      There was lodged case in the Judge Court in against of the constituted trust by Mr. Syed Ali Naqi seeking about illegal constitute of this trust and issue of an injunction order and after hearing of this case, the honorable Court was issued an injunction order in against of him on the dated 04/11/2007. Of which Case No. 465/2006, in the Additional Joint District Judge Court, Dhaka. After defeated in the cases against him, Syed Ali Naqi has been now making fully base less dis-publicity for to become again of the VC and to capture of all of the power with the shelter of his false statement. I think that there has been made hamper for the respect of the News Paper like Bangladesh Observer by it.

Therefore, I have been making strongly rejoinder for a false, ground less and dis-publicity base conspiracies statement by the said Darul Ihsan University terminated Mr. Syed Ali Naqi through this news.  

I finally requested to you for to publish of this Rejoinder in your reputed newspaper within a short period in the last page.
