                                                                Bangali Foundation           

01.  This organization is a non political, welfare related development base and religion affect free voluntary social development organization.

02.  Language : Constitution of Bangali Foundation shall be written into two language with Bengali and English. If any dispute is arisen, then Bengali Language shall be given preference.

03.  Name : Name of the Foundation : Bangali Foundation.

Subject : If there  not to be existing any opposite of previous words about the context related in it, then in this constitution:

a)      “Government” means Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

b)      “Act” or “Rules”  means given section in the constitution of Bangali Foundation.

c)      “Bangali Foundation” or “Foundation” means Bangali Foundation.

d)      “Member” means all of the members of the General Council.

e)      “Council” means “Executive Council” of Bangali Foundation.

f)        “Group” means organization operated “Group Organization”.

g)      With 1,2,3,4 etc. to be understood sections 01,02,03,04, with sub section Ka, Kha, Ga to be understood paragraph and with A, Aa, E to be understood sub section.

04.  Name : Bangali Foundation to be written in brief BF. In  English  to be written as Bangali Foundation or BF.

05.  Address : 60, Purana Palton, Mohon Vila (2^nd Floor), Police Station : Palton, Dhaka-1000.

1. As per BF registered Office Executive Council Decision, there could be changed.
2. Establishment Date :  22^nd June, 1997 AD.
3. Working Area of Foundation :  Working area of this foundation will be whole of Bangladesh, but the future Executive Council could be open project office out side of Bangladesh and in any area through the approval of the relevant authority.
4. Monogram : In the middle point of the circle futanta lotus, under of it in English will be written  Bangali Foundation.
5. Sign Board : Upper half of the sign of the signboard will be write color and lower half of the signboard green color.

In the upper portion of the signboard will be written in Bengali by Bangali Foundation. Under of it in English to be written Bangali Foundation and in the left side of green part of Monogram of the Foundation and in the right side address and other kinds of subjects.

6. Seal : (a) There will have own seal including mentioned designation of posted officers.  In the name of own office, there will have at least one round seal.  According to the needs through approval by the Foundation, there could be prepared different type of seal.

06.  Amendment of Constitution and Approval:

(a) Shape of BF, constitutional rules and regulations, law and acts, rules and discipline etc. all kinds of subjects related books   will be the constitution of Bangali Foundation.
