Arif
Transport, agree to provide the above mentioned transport services as rental
basis as per following terms and conditions:
Terms
& Conditions:
1. That
Arif Transport will provide transport services (5 Ton Open Truck, 3 Ton Cover
Van/Pick up) as per ABX requirement time to time.
2. That
Arif Transport will arrange the required transportation within 2 hours notice.
3. There will
be given of the own Supervisor of ABX with the goods.
4. Fuel,
Driver, Toll, Tax and Ferry cost to be born by Transport Supplier.
5. The
transport will be loaded from the Warehouse and after that move out directly
Warehouse to prescribed destination. Without approval ABX any type of stoppage
is (inside or outside of Dhaka) totally
disallowed.
6. In the Transport of goods, if be occurred any kind uncommon
accident, natural calamity and the goods are partly or fully damaged, there not
to be liable of the Transport Authority.
7. Among the internal condition of the transported goods (such
as break down of partly breakdown etc.), their will not to be liable of the
Transport Authority.
8. Not
to make any decision alteration to the trip without the period consigned of ABX
Authority.
9. Arif Transport submits Invoice as
monthly basis. There must be paid the bill within 10th dated of
each.
10. (a) From
Warehouse to first destination transport will be as schedule rate.
(b) From 1st destination to 20 km
additional running cost per km 50 Tk. or minimum 500 Tk. whichever higher will
be paid by ABX subject to the respective ABX supervisor report.
(c) Above 20 km upto 40 km additional running
cost per km 40 Tk. or minimum 1000 Tk. whichever higher will be paid by ABX
subject to the respective ABX supervisor report.
(d) Above 40 km upto infinity additional
running cost per km 35 Tk. whichever higher will be paid by ABX subject to the
respective ABX supervisor report.
Unloading
time to the destination minimum 4 hours. More than four hours per additional
waiting hour 100 Tk. will be given by ABX as per Transport advise.
11. These
agreements are valid unless otherwise cancelled/revoked on mutual
understanding.
12. Rate
can be change, which is subject to the market standard through mutual
understanding.
