1.                                          The Controller General of Accounts has signed the fixed application of Retirement Allowance of Mr. MOHAMMAD SHAMSUL ALAM MIA, by granting his pension/gratuity.

 

2.                                          In this circumstances, his Gross = Tk.11050X80% = 8840 on last pay = 11050 on this basis his net pension = 8840÷ 2 = 4420/-. It is requested to inform this office to take arrangement for one time payment of Tk.  4420X200= 8,84,000/- (Eight Lac eighty four thousand Taka) as gratuity in exchange of 1^st part of his pension money as the ½ part of pension has been given. Mentioned that he will take retirement on 20/6/2006.

3.                                          The Original Service Book, Pension Form including other papers of Mr. MOHAMMAD SHAMSUL ALAM MIA is hereby sent with recommendations.
