I, MD. AMINUL ISLAM, son of Late Abdul Hakim,   Address: 59/3/1, Purana Paltan, Dhaka -1000, Bangladesh, by faith- Muslim, by Profession - Business and by Nationality- Bangladeshi by birth, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1.       That I am a permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth.

2.                      That I am the Sole Proprietor of  FARIHA TRAVELS INT'L  situated

at 59/3/1, Purana Paltan (1^st Floor), Dhaka -1000, Bangladesh.

3.       That there is no partner in my said business firm.
