At first will take my Salam and namasher. Hope that you are all well.
Now the news that as there was not a communication with you for a period of
long and as such the work procedure has been come to haphazard. In some day
ago, Ismail Da also came, but there was not happened to meet. I was told
to Ranjit for to do work in new and to pay expense money, but it was not
got. On the other, the work, which was, gave in before of it no actual value
was not got. But Ismail Da is said in time-to-time that any work was not done
correctly. But all of the work is wrong; I am not complying with it. Because
which I have seen in really by me that can not be come to a working. I have
written for such which have heard from the other person, it may be wrong. Let it
be gone, from now which I will see by my own that will be written and I do a
hope that it will not be a wrong. But it is not possible to do work as it is
not get the expense money in advance. So I do request that you will be sent
some of the money as an urgent basis for the purpose of work expense by Ranjit.
Which will be given that will be in the I.C. Taka. I will must meet you at Dhaka if get chance taking with some of good work and 2/5
persons of good peoples to you. However, some to the news is hereby written as:

MTN DIV HQ of its previous location Kiliem Pong is now staying. But 27 Arty
Begd. is still in Kashmir. On the other
22-Bihar Regiment is under 27 Begd. is staying at Odla Bari.
2. 28
MTN DIV EX-17 Crops at present is transferred from Kashmir
to Sevok Road
in Cantonment.
3. 5-FLD
Regt. : (27 DIV) at present in Sevok
Road.
4. 100
MTN Gegd (27 DIV) is returned from Kashmir and
at present Sevok Road Cantt. is staying and with this 2 JAT Regd. 5-G/R(6) 30 Assam Rifle at
present is staying at Sevok Road.
5. 123
MTN Begd HQ (27 DIV) is returned from Kashmir and at present is staying in the
Darjiling Jal Par Cantonment and with it 8 Assam Regt- 101-Infentry BTN (T.A)
is also at Jal Par Cantonment.
6. Gorgoh
(HR) a new missile station Gorgaon and 3338 new missile unit in the next 6th
September 2007 will be founded.
7. 6-ENG
Regt. (20 DIV) has returned to Binnaguri.
8. 511-AD-missile
Regt. is transferred from Banda (Raj) to Jan 07 Merrut (UP) Cantt. (22- DIV).
9. 20
KM east of 20 KM for new Army Research Center and Army Heavy Steel Plant
Industry is establishing which will be established by the Indian TATA Company and in that Steel Mill which will be
prepared will be used as temporary work and in the said Industry there will be
prepared military war tank and this kind of plan has also included.
10. There
has been completed of the primary work for to go of 33 Crops from Khapril
(Sukhna) to Kolkata. But the actual transfer will be ended in which day that
the fixed dated is still not prepared.
12. SU-30
Fighter Berren of its new most possible 11 wings 1 unit Hasimara (1AF) will be
transferred in the next May-2007 dated.
13. In
the Sevok Road (B.S.F.) HQ for more 2 new commando (BSF) BTN : is bring to
light which will be ended within September, 2007 Ned.
Here

Sir,
If you gibe a good amount of money, there is my personal well known
people at Delhi
in the Ministry of Defense and there could be made contract which was written
in also for several times in before. But it was not possible as not got money.
Let it be gone and what will write.
Now is the proper time
for work. So you will send at least 25,000 Taka (I.C.) with Ismail Da and
Ranjit and for some of expense money for Ranjit will be sent and including the
sample of work. I have heard that Ismail da will come to India and if he comes
it will be good and will be told to must be meet and if be happen meet and good
chance, perhaps may come to Dhaka also with Ismail Da.
