Due to the submitting application of Mr. Md. Khurshidur Rahman, U.D.A.(G.E.B.) on the dated 24/11/2009 AD for the purpose of Leave Preparatory Retirement (LPR) granting and as his age shall be reached 57 years on the dated 09/01/2010 AD and as it will have Government Leave on the dated 08/01/2010 AD and 09/01/2010 AD, as such, there is granted him Leave Preparatory Leave (LPR) since the dated 07/01/2010 AD to 06/01/20111 AD for 12(twelve) months with full salary payment.

2. At the end of the said Leave Preparatory Retirement (LPR) and from the dated 07/01/2011 AD, he will be treated as his acceptance of retirement.
