Type .0025 acre total .0612 acre land, I am the power of attorney giver during
the period of rightful possession holder, the said land due to my ignorance Md.
Bashir Uddin, son of late Sona Miah, Address : Kamalapur, Post Office + Police Station – Bhairab,
District – Kishoregonj, after delivering the wrong information and from the
office of the Assistant Commissioner (Land) Bhairab Upazila Office and in his
name, there was made mutation settlement. Of which settlement No. 520 (9-1)
2004-2005, dated ; 30/06/2005 AD. The said matter I was informed and Settlement
No. 520(9-1) 2004-2005, dated : 30/06/2005 AD of its mutation settlement for
the purpose dispose/invalid, there was lodged suit. Of
which suit No. 101(13)11. The said case is under trial at present. As I
am staying in foreign country, I am not able to run of the said suit in well
manner and the above mentioned land, can not
making supervision of it.
Power of Attorney is my
co-brother and is most of the faithful person.
I am hereby appointing to the Power of Attorney taker for the purpose of
running the lodged suit for dispose/cancellation to the honorable Additional District
Commissioner (Revenue), Kishoregonj of which Suit No. 101(13)11. Besides, I am
the power of attorney for the cause of staying into the foreign country, the
above all described property for overall look after, maintenance, supervision,
payment of the governmental tax/rent could be done. My appointed Power of
Attorney could be run of the
dispose/cancel Suit No. 101(13)11 to the
Additional District Commissioner (Revenue) Kishoregonj. Besides, through
this Suit No. 101(13)11 if in future be originated to Civil or Criminal
Case/Suit then taken the position in place of me and my appointed power of attorney could be
run of the over all activities. To the said view, there could be appointed of
the Lawyer. I am the power of attorney giver appointed power of attorney taker
and by him done all of the activities shall be treated as my own works done and
will be effective in everywhere.
Therefore, in self-willing, in full sense, in good physic,
without the influence of others, after reading of the power of attorney, after
clearing understanding the ground of it and knowing the future results, there
