It is
herewith expressing about the grant of Tk. 10,99,272/- (Ten Lac ninety nine
thousand two hundred seventy two) Taka as for Gratuity/Pension of Mr. Nazrul
Islam, Ex. Chief Technical Manager, NMW and T.C., Mohakhali, Dhaka about the
above subject matter after directed.
2. There has been a due payment to the Govt.
of Mr. Nazrul Islam, Ex. Chief Technical Manager, NMW and T.C., Mohakhali,
Dhaka about Tk. 1,91,373/- (One Lac ninety one thousand three hundred seventy
three) taka. About the amount of the said money would be stopped/deducted and
rest of the Gratuity Tk. 10,99,272/-
(Ten Lac ninety nine thousand two hundred seventy two) Taka is herewith
requested to pay.
3. It is seen after verified of the
records that there is nothing other dues to the Govt. without this amount of
the said officer. He has been made am undertaking to this connection that if
any due of Govt. to him be found, there will be not any objection by him if be
collected the same from his Pension/Gratuity.
