The decree has been passed dated last 19/ 9/ 2004, in the decree the competent people security breaking crime suppression tribunal- 1, Dhaka under the section 4 and 10 of 2000 of people security special law punished for 10 (Ten) years imprisonment and fined 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) Taka. If fined not paid another two years of imprisonment will get. You the defendant of the above case and got punishment therefore the law enforcers agencies and police of Bangladesh is searching you all the places in Bangladesh. Now if the police get you they will arrest and send you to custody. Where you will be tortured inhuman physical and mental there, therefore your life is under threatened in Bangladesh and security less.

 

Therefore as the advocate of your case I recommend to you that for the security of your life any country in the abroad which is friendly country take political asylum.
