Subject: About arresting Monir Hossain Deowan, human trader, from Japan.

Sir,

I beg most respectfully state that, Md. Monir Hossain Deowan on 4-5 year ago from your Bangladesh Japan High Commission showing counterfeit documents and bank statement showing counterfeit wife along with Mrs. Sheoli Hossain standing at embassy took tourist visa. Subsequently after reaching Japan the Monir Hossain making counterfeit political documents he through SLM in Japan as political asylum has been lived. At one stage making counterfeit Japan government’s governmental documents make standing numerous men at Japan embassy took Japan through Malaysia and Singapore. After taking in Japan Monir Hossain’s Japani parter Bangladesh Ridoy they both taking into hostage the men took lakhs Taka from their relatives. There is a restaurant in Japan of Monir Hossain presently. Showing documents of the restaurant for trafficking men from Bangladesh have taken cores Taka from numerous people. At present his wife Mrs Sheoli Hossain and husband- Md. Monir Hossain Deowan is living in Bangladesh (Passport copy attached). But in Japan in same name there is another wife whose passport name is false. At present the human businessman Md. Jubair Hossain, son of Maeen Uddin Deowan within 3-4 months was make stand at Japani embassy in Bangladesh in exchange of huge money. If Japani visa is not available at Japani embassy in Bangladesh for Jubair, he will be brought in Malaysia. Making him stand at Japani embassy in Malaysia arranging Japani visa will take in Japan (Passport Copy attached). It is mentionable that, the Jubair Hossain Deowan is defendant of one more cases and terrorist. At present to halt the efforts of going to Japan of Jubair Hossain Deowan for informing Japan Airport Immigration it is being informing to the Bangladesh Japan High Commissioner humbly. At present Monir Hossain has been conducting many kind of dangerous crimes in Japan. Presently if Monir Hossain and his partner Bangladeshi Ridoy are arrested, huge criminal information will be found. In context of it many helpless persons of Bangladesh will be freed from his oppression.
