I beg most respectfully state

on 31/08/09 engaged in marital life with Md. Rezwanul Islam, Father: Md. Shirajul
Islam, Mother: Badrun Nahar , 75 Shuvecha Sheikh Ghat, Police Station: Sadar,

same. But there was no happiness in our conjugal life. Being row in our
conjugal life and not being peaceful co-existence with him, according to

Goran Kazi Office under Dhaka Khilgaon Police Station recording Talake Tafuj
for registering through sending this notice broken our marital relationship.
