Sir,

            I beg most respectfully state that, I am a Bangladeshi citizen in birth origin. I am the active follower of main opposition party of the country Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), due to this three cases were filed against me with different Police Station aiming to riun me and my family after the present Awami League led 14-party aliance formed government. Among the three cases, I got release in two cases from honorable court. I have been made 2 No accused illegaly in Kalkini Chatra League president Wahiduzzaman Chanchal killing case. I was arrested in connection of Chanchal murder case on 10-11-2013. Placing me on remand repeatedly tortured inhuman way, that is why till today I am sicked, my left hand was broken in RAB’s torture in remand and my teeths were broken as they hit on my face and I face problem to see as they hit on my eyes. After passing 1 year 3 months in jail in the Chanchal murder case I came out from jail on 03-03-2015 on bail. After freeing on bail, Awami League cadres demanded 20 (Twenty Lakh) Taka from me. They threatened that if I do not give the sought money, they will harm my animals and poultry famr and kill me. So I on 01-04-2015 filed a general diary at Rajoir Police Station which No 805/2015. On 04-04-2015 in my absence 14-party alliance’s cadres carried out looting through showing arms in cattles farm and riuned all. I had month income 50 to 60 thousand Taka from it. As my late father Khabir Uddin Jamaddar and my wife Bithi Begum tried to halt them, the cadres beated my father and wife, leaving seriously injured. That is why my father succumbed to his 3 days injuries at hospital on 07-04-2015 and my wife got life. On 08-04-2015 I filed  a case over torture on my father and my wife to Shahidul Islam, officer in-charge of Rajeoir Police Station

Case No 1138/2015.

In direction of ruling party minister, my case’s effectiveness was halted. Instead, they gave me death threat. In this situation, due to fear of 14-party cadres and false case, OC Shahidul Islam also is finding me. At last on 01-07-2015 aiming to save life left Bangladesh and through Kuwait, Egypt and Libya reached to Italy as very weaked.

In 2001-2002 education year, I have been elected as G.S of Chatra Sangsad (Student Parliament) of Government Nazimuddin University nominated by B.N.P. Subsequently, I became elected president of Rajeoir Thana Jubo Dal in 2006 and being engaged in president post of Rajoir Bazar Anirban Cooperative Samiti involved me with several types of developmental activities such as eliminating unemployment of young society, giving loan to poor family in easy condition etc. We are lead daily life always with fear as the country condition is very worst. My respected party leader Ilias Mia, Salauddin along with many more have been disappeared.
